Very fast and friendly ! I had actually called a dealership closer to my home and they had an over a week wait. I needed to go close to McClarty in North Little Rock Arkansas where I bought my car anyway, so I called them. The lady told me that I didn't need an appointment, just to come in. I pulled up to the service bay and was taken right in and was finished in about 20 minutes. They came back with my paperwork and told me I was good to go. When I asked if I owed anything, they told me I didn't owe a thing since I bought it there. I will be returning even though it is 80 miles from where I live. More
