I traveled from another state to purchase a vehicle from McLarty Nissan of North Little Rock, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very first communication, I made it clear t McLarty Nissan of North Little Rock, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very first communication, I made it clear that I had already secured financing and did not need my credit run. Despite this, my credit was run multiple times. When it came time to sign the paperwork, I noticed that the Sales Manager, Trevor, had inflated the sales price of the vehicle without my knowledge. When I pointed this out, the excuse given was both insulting to my intelligence and nonsensical: "Oh, that's because we have to add $1K plus fees to transfer the vehicle from our other dealership in town about 15 minutes away." Had I not caught this, it would have caused my rate to increase due to the inflated sales price. After discovering the sales price increase, my salesman Khan was noticeably less personable than he had been during the initial sales process. I understand that this might have been due to the potential reduction in his commission, but professionalism and honesty with the customer are paramount. Additionally, I was informed by the General Sales Manager that I would hear from Paul in finance, who ran my credit application without my permission against several lenders. However, over a month after the sale, this issue has still not been corrected. Please do better business. More
