Bad Service Purchased a vehicle.. Process was illegal and had to use someone else insurance to get the vehicle. Returned vehicle in less than thirty days because Purchased a vehicle.. The manager and sales rep verbally abused me the day I returned the vehicle. They told me that they were going to ruin my credit and that I can not return it. They were unprofessional on handling the situation and fixing the issue. I left the car in their possession. Instead of the dealership trying to fix the situation, they took the car to a storage unit and sent me a letter stating all the charges to pay. This matter still hasn't been resolved because I do not want the vehicle. I called the corporate office and they were slacking on returning any of my calls. When corporate finally contacted me after three days, they said there is nothing they can do but pass my complaint off to the dealership because that decision is up to them on taking the car back.
