Never had an issue when I bring my vehicle in to get serviced. Staff in service department professional and let’s me know what my vehicle needs as far as the recommend services for the mileage that’s on serviced. I would’ve given this dealership zero stars if it were possible. I originally reviewed this dealership in February 20, 2025 regarding a vehicle was purchased. Renaye Benjamin, the manager over the service possible. I originally reviewed this dealership in February 20, 2025 regarding a vehicle was purchased. Renaye Benjamin, the manager over the service department, contacted me asking for a chance to address/correct the issues in exchange for me taking the review down. I agreed and dropped the vehicle off on 2/24/25 around noon for it to be serviced. On 2/28/28 I reached out for an update because I hadn’t heard anything regarding the vehicle. I was told they were still testing trying to recreate the issues I mentioned experiencing, they had lived the breaks, and they would have the spare key issue figured out by Monday which was 3/3/25. On 3/5/35 I made an unexpected trip to the dealership to check on the vehicle only to find out that what I had been told was all false. I have the paperwork to show and prove all of it. I wish attachments were an option here but maybe the other sites I leave a review on have the option. The dealership operates without any integrity and through deception. After 9 days of having the vehicle, pretending to make things right, they were really just trying to making it do as thought they were doing these things in hopes of deceiving me to make it go away. The dealership has terrible business practices and should be avoided if you want honesty, transparency, and dependability. They have caused this purchase experience to be one of the worst experiences off my life! More
