My goal was to find a safe, reliable used car for my grandson – something with low mileage, a single owner, and a meticulous maintenance history. Vern exceeded all expectations. He located a gem: a 2013 Nissan Altima with only 73,000 miles, meticulously maintained by its original owner, an elderly woman who rarely drove it. The car's condition is exceptional, and the safety ratings are outstanding, exactly what I was looking for. What truly set Vern apart was his exceptional customer service. The Carfax for the vehicle that I purchased stated, among many other services, that the battery had been serviced. The start/stop did not work during the test drive. Having never had that technology before, I assumed that it was disabled. After getting the car home, and diagnosing the start/stop issue, I found out that a weak battery would cause the start/stop to not work. I also had an issue with sync not remember some settings. The battery would charge, but would not hold a sufficient charge for the start/stop to work. I purchased a new battery and all issues were resolved. I feel that I was deceived by the " battery serviced" statement. I also have issues with the sales representative that have not been resolved in over a month since I bought the car. FYI- my previous car was purchased at McLarty Ford and was a 5 star out of 5 star experience. I expected the same. More

The service department at McLarty Nissan Colonel Glenn Road on Saturday gave us an appointment for Monday 7 am. We traveled 45 minutes to be on time. After the dealership opened we were checked in within 15 minutes. The diagnosis was given and other recommended repairs. We accepted and prioritized the needed repairs on a fixed income budget. We were informed within 6 hours of the completion of all of the repairs. We drove back home 45 minutes without any mishaps and our car functioned superbly. All of the Staff was professional and pleasing to all customers. I will return for any needed repairs or perhaps a new vehicle if the Trump Tariffs are rescinded. More

Never had an issue when I bring my vehicle in to get serviced. Staff in service department professional and let’s me know what my vehicle needs as far as the recommend services for the mileage that’s on serviced.
