The advisor assigned, Mike Boenne is consistently the rudest customer service person I have dealt with. We had used him previously and switched to Ricardo, who is always polite. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and will NEVER purchase another. I don't use social media, but would create a page just to let people know how I was treated. My daughter had an appointment to have her car repaired at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even writt at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even written up the order yet, and the car sits in the lot unrepaired. They have damaged my car and won't fix it I took my car in to get it cleaned. It came back with scratches and rub marks. When confronted they denied it and try to give a bandaid fix. Had to bring it back for oil change and tire rotation. and the denied that I had asked for the oil change and tire rotation. Be t I had told 5 different employes of it before being it in. More
