The advisor assigned, Mike Boenne is consistently the rudest customer service person I have dealt with. We had used him previously and switched to Ricardo, who is always polite. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and will NEVER purchase another. I don't use social media, but would create a page just to let people know how I was treated. I spoke with two other people in the waiting area that agreed the service department is lacking. More

My daughter had an appointment to have her car repaired at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even writt at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even written up the order yet, and the car sits in the lot unrepaired. Our purchse of our very first new car We were treated exceptionally well during our purchase. The entire process was explained step by step, and the car's features were fully explained, as We were treated exceptionally well during our purchase. We had originally had an appointment to just change the oil in our Ford Focus, which we'd purchased from this dealership two years ago, as a good used car. While the staff was doing that, I spoke with a sales associate, and liked the deal he made for us. I went home, got my good wife, and we purchased the new car. We couldn't be happier! More
They have damaged my car and won't fix it I took my car in to get it cleaned. It came back with scratches and rub marks. When confronted they denied it and try to give a bandaid fix. Then I had to take it in to get a sensor fix and oil change and tire rotation. They only fixed the sensor. Had to bring it back for oil change and tire rotation. and the denied that I had asked for the oil change and tire rotation. Be t I had told 5 different employes of it before being it in. More
