Above and Beyond Nine years ago, I had the perfect car in mind and the salesman at that time found the exact car at one of their other dealerships in Texas and had it Nine years ago, I had the perfect car in mind and the salesman at that time found the exact car at one of their other dealerships in Texas and had it brought to his location. My Maxima has run better than I ever dreamed. Now, 9 years later, it still runs like a brand new car. I, just recently, had only one issue with it and even after 9 years, Russ Daniel went above and beyond to help me rectify my issue and proved to me that McLarty Daniel Nissan truly is committed to excellent customer service just as advertised. So let down McLarty Daniel Review It has now been almost three weeks since I had my car in for it’s 60,000 mile service and I am still waiting for that email McLarty Daniel Review It has now been almost three weeks since I had my car in for it’s 60,000 mile service and I am still waiting for that email asking to rate the service I was given. This is the first time I have had to wait this long. I do believe it is not coming. They know that I was not happy. I called to schedule the service for the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and requested a loaner car for that day and a rental for Sunday and Monday. We were company from Iowa and we needed space for four adults and two car seats. I was given a quote that was much better than what I had found at Enterprise and another place, so said to book it. I got the usual text to confirm message and did. Then I got an email, another text AND a phone call to remind me that I had this appointment. I asked the young lady if they had it down that I needed a vehicle to accommodate four adults and two car seats and she confirmed the price. Day of the appointment, I am early and find out that they do not have a vehicle for me and have nothing to say about it beyond that they are sorry. While I am standing there, frustrated almost to the point of tears, I notice that sign says the 60,000 service includes an oil change. I tell them to not do the oil change because I just had it done less than 3,000 miles prior and tell them that I’m coming back for my car today. They can tell that I am not happy and say they will put a rush job on it. I don’t want a rush job. I want a good job. I want delivery on agreements. The customer service lady comes over and greets me and then makes the mistake of asking how my day is going. I tell her flat out that it was fine but has gone to absolutely disappointing a crappy since I got here. I then explain the frustration over so many reminders of the appointment and then car rental fiasco and tell her that the entire weekend is tainted because every time we go someplace this weekend we will need to take two vehicles because I thought I had one lined up here and did not make arrangements elsewhere. She tells me that she is very sorry. To which I reply “Sorry does not fix this or make it any better.” And she walks away. Yup. Walks away. I pick up my car at 3:30 and get my bill. There is a note on it to not do the oil change, but it looks like there is no reduction in price on it. In fact, as far as I can tell, the labor to change the air filter, wiper blades, key fob battery and another (?!?) air filter and preform the fuel induction service was $181.19 plus there is a charge of $27.18 for parts not specified. After twice being quoted the same amount for the rental and the number of occupants and then not having a vehicle for me, I would have thought something beyond a “Sorry” would be done to make this customer drive away feeling better. When a person moves to a new area, it is a challenge to find new medical facilities, hair dressers, a church and automobile service they feel comfortable with and trust. After purchasing my car with McLarty Daniel, the service has been a disappointment two of the four times I have been there. I have to admit that I was pampered up in northern Iowa. I would drive to school and after school get into a fully washed and vacuumed car with a fresh oil change. They would pick it up and return it knowing that I would be over at the end of the day to pay them and express my gratitude for what they did. But that was a small town with small town friendliness and values… More
What a great service department!!!! From the time I dropped off my truck for a check engine light till tell had it repaired it was an over the top experience. Ryan Gallimore the service From the time I dropped off my truck for a check engine light till tell had it repaired it was an over the top experience. Ryan Gallimore the service manager really focused on my concerns about this light. It was a new and unique issue that had to be researched thoroughly to come up with a solution but they stayed on it and made sure it was fixed. Tip of the hat to Alonzo too who is the best at customer service I have ever seen at this dealer. He is a class act. He always goes above and beyond for me. Tionie and Cassie are the best too as they always have popcorn and a soda ready for me cause they know how much I love them. I love these ladies! I will continue to buy here because there is no better dealer. This is the best place to shop and buy. I have bought over 15 cars from these guys. You can't beat a Nissan for value and reliability as well as gas mileage. More

My first service first service on my Nissan RogueI was told in order to keep the warranty up I cannot go over the recommended mileage. I made an appt..arrived early. first service on my Nissan RogueI was told in order to keep the warranty up I cannot go over the recommended mileage. I made an appt..arrived early. Sales tried telling me I had 2000 more miles before needing service. But that contradicted where I bought it. I asked to do it anyhow.45 minutes later an obnoxious guy calls my name loudly in the lobby. We held up our hand as we were getting up to come over but he kept calling it loudly and many people just stared at us. As he took us to our car he kept hitting my key fob many times making it beep over and over and the car was sitting just on the side. Why he felt the need to do this I don't know. Then they said they reset the mileage warning on the vehicle but in fact they had not. Tires didn't look rotated as it said on service paper. Then today..just 24 hours later..one of my tires has a screw in the sidewall in a strange position so now I have to order the Kumho tire and have it replaced. It was a strange experience to say the least. More
Service is horrible - Will never return Purchased an Audi A4 from used car center in November of 2015. Purchased 100k mile warrantee, and was told I recieved lifetime power train. Drivers Purchased an Audi A4 from used car center in November of 2015. Purchased 100k mile warrantee, and was told I recieved lifetime power train. Driverside headlight goes out first month, Nissan tells me that it isnt covered. I call Audi, they said that lights are under factory warrantee, so i drive to Springfield to get it worked on. Ends up, water got in the headlight assembly through a faulty cover and shorted out module and computer. They got it covered under warrantee work. $1600 for the complete repair. Would have had to pay Nissan full amount. Called for first oil change, was told the 1st one was free. After oil change was handed a bill for $100 and was told my car didnt qualify for the first free one. Was also told that they could not perform the services required to keep the lifetime power train so it would have to be done by an Audi dealership in Springfield, Tulsa or Little Rock. Car started having engine issues around June of 16. Brought it in for warrantee work. They charged the $100 deductible for fixing Ignition Coil and broken ignition coil wire and had the car for several days. November of 17, car is about to roll over $100k miles. Car is having same engine issues as in June of 16 so I open the hood, remove the shroud and see a bolt missing from the ignition coil harness and a zip tie holding my #3 ignition coil in place. Immediatley took it to Nissan service. Service tells me that they brought the original tech over and he said that it was like that when he worked on it last time, but no one wrote it down because it wasn't covered on my bumper to bumper warrantee. Kind of strange that the only people to touch my ignition coils remembered fixing the broken wires for my ignition coil, but the zip tie on the broken plug was already there and not covered. They told me it must have been there when i bought it and told me to go speak with Nissan Used car. I went to the used car area and was told that should be covered under warrantee, and to go back to service. Service tells me that it is not covered and they can't get a hold of Audi to get an estimate of the fix. They said i could come back Monday during regular work hours and they could tell me how much it will cost me to fix. So now, Two hours in and still getting the run around and pointing fingers at each other, They tell me, they are waiting on Audi in Springfield, I call Audi service. They pick up on first ring and after 5 minutes of checking with their parts and service people, they tell me they can fix it all in 30 minutes and for $60 total. I tell that to Nissan service and they tell me that, I should just take it to them. The latest part happened on Veterans Day Weekend. My car has combat service plates on it and they were visible for the entire visit. The VA is better, quicker and more reliable at Service than MD Nissan Will Never Return. More
