My daughter had an appointment to have her car repaired at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even writt at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even written up the order yet, and the car sits in the lot unrepaired. This place is a joke. More

Our purchse of our very first new car We were treated exceptionally well during our purchase. The entire process was explained step by step, and the car's features were fully explained, as We were treated exceptionally well during our purchase. We had originally had an appointment to just change the oil in our Ford Focus, which we'd purchased from this dealership two years ago, as a good used car. While the staff was doing that, I spoke with a sales associate, and liked the deal he made for us. I went home, got my good wife, and we purchased the new car. We couldn't be happier! More
They have damaged my car and won't fix it I took my car in to get it cleaned. It came back with scratches and rub marks. When confronted they denied it and try to give a bandaid fix. Then I had to take it in to get a sensor fix and oil change and tire rotation. They only fixed the sensor. Had to bring it back for oil change and tire rotation. and the denied that I had asked for the oil change and tire rotation. Be t I had told 5 different employes of it before being it in. More

Disgusted Disgusted I’ve been taking my car to the Bentonville dealer . I have never been there where they did not mess something up , forget something Disgusted I’ve been taking my car to the Bentonville dealer . I have never been there where they did not mess something up , forget something or did not do it at all . I’ve been going there for a year I will not go back . When I first got the car I took it in because the seatbelt in the back was broken . First they said they looked at it and it wasn’t broken I had to crawl in the backseat and show them . Second I made an appointment because they had to order the part I took it in they ordered the wrong part . I had to make another appointment for the second part they ordered they put it on the wrong side . I had to make another appointment for them to fix that mess up . I went in for the next appointment they put it in upside down . I took my car in because my bumper was loose they fix the bumper but forgot to reattach the battery to the cables so for two months my car kept dying on me . It took them twice coming out and looking at my car to figure out that the battery was not connected and it was their fault . It takes them two hours to change the oil every single time . I had a 30,000 mile check on my car they didn’t fill up all of the fluids . I don’t even know if they did what they were supposed to do they didn’t change the windshield wipers and they charged me $400 for nothing . Don’t go in there if you do you’re wasting your money I’ve been wasting mine for the last year I’m going to someone else now just a warning . I have three Nissan‘s I like the car they need to get better dealers to take care of them !!!!! More

Five Star customer service is what this employee delivers! Alonzo Miramontes is the best at customer service I have ever seen in any business. That is a huge compliment but it is deserved. Alonzo always goes above and beyond in the area of customer service to his customers. My wife and I saw it again today when we had new tires installed on our Murano. Alonzo is able to zero in on the customers needs and does what it takes to meet those needs. He treats customers as he would want to be treated. Nissan Service is in great hands with Alonzo as the manager. This young man is on his way to a bright future in the automotive industry, I just hope Nissan can hang onto him. He is an outstanding asset to McLarty Daniel. Thank you Alonzo, you hit it out of the park today. More
Takes to long Every time I bring my vehicle for an oil change it takes a really long time. For example, today 3/15/2019 my appointment was at 8:45a.m., it is now Every time I bring my vehicle for an oil change it takes a really long time. For example, today 3/15/2019 my appointment was at 8:45a.m., it is now 9:41a.m. and my vehicle still has not been brought into the garage for service. I have never had this issue with any other dealership. More
