The service department is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00, showed up at 09:30 and checked in. The advisor informed me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my vehicle I scheduled an appointment for 10:00, showed up at 09:30 and checked in. The advisor informed me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my vehicle back. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. At 12:00, I still havent seen my vehicle and no one came out to talk to me. I went to the service counter and spoke with the advisor to get an update about my vehicle. The advisor went to the shop and came back to tell me it was going to be another 1.5 - 2 hours longer before they could get to my vehicle because they were short handed. I left with my vehicle not being serviced and my entire morning being wasted. Also, all of the advisors have poor customer service skills and act annoyed when someone comes to the counter. More
I was promised a repair tile of 3-4 hours and it became a little over 4 days. They then agreed to driver my vehicle to me and I discovered when I got an alert from my GPS tracker when I got home that my truc little over 4 days. After review of my dash camera footage, those speeds were reached in a 60MPH zone. In Arkansas this is a Class-C misdemeanor. I tried reaching the service manager and the general manager but was never contacted back. I was actually told by the lady answering the phone that the GM doesn’t deal with these kinds of calls…… do better and don’t use your customer’s vehicles in the commission of a crime! More

They said they put in a defective part and would fix it right. Never called to let me know anything so I went in and they said it was ready but I needed to give them my credit card. I had already paid with a certified check, I had to get management involved to straighten them out. Zack is an extremely incompetent service rep. He also said I would need a new battery, It's been several weeks and old battery is fine. He was just trying rip me off some more. I can"t believe you allow someone as incompetent as Zack to be the face of your service department. More
After four service appointments with them and disappointed with every single one, I felt compelled to write a review. Service is terrible. 1/5. There was an issue with the wipers not working properly, they bumped into each other. A sales guy told me to wait till it rains for them to work correctly. He was wrong!! The wipers needed to be adjusted. I had chipped paint in the sliding door. The door was quickly touched up. I paid cash for the van and am still waiting on the title. (?) More
I love the selection here and the mechanics here are extremely knowledgeable. Now with that being said the transparency to the customers is extremely poor. I made a commute from Joplin, Mo to Bentonville to have my challenger worked on following a scheduled appointment to be waiting for well over an hour. I spoke with serveral people telling me they will pull my vehicle inside and I proceeded to wait for service with my car for another half hour. Service management said I could then wait with my vehicle while it was being worked on. Ty asks me to wait out in the lobby for my vehicle after numerous people have me permission to wait with my vehicle and the mechanics servicing it. Then laughs at my frustration when I try to explain I’ve tried to get my car in for 45 minutes following my early arrival to my appointment. I am currently waiting outside filing this after the interaction. I feel as if this whole appointment and communication has been a terrible experience and will not be using the service here again after this. Customer service is poor. “Ty” is rude. More
