The famous McLarty "Oh, we forgot to tell you..." When I called to schedule the 20k mile maintenance on my Jeep Renegade, I asked what the service would require and was told it would just be an oil ch When I called to schedule the 20k mile maintenance on my Jeep Renegade, I asked what the service would require and was told it would just be an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for the service appointment, I was told "Oh, Jeep requires a brake system flush at 20k miles" plus changing out the cabin filters, almost $200 more than just the oil change and tire rotation. My ex had previously purchased a truck from them and I had forgot how they always said "Oh, we forgot to tell you..." every time we took the truck in for servicing. As this is my first Jeep, I had them do the additional service. They made sure they did the brake system flush for $129.95, but guess they didn't think that Jeep's requirement to change out the cabin filters was necessary. I will no longer take my Jeep there for servicing due to this type of business practice. Oh, and the fact that they don't do a complimentary wash and vacuum of the vehicles like most other dealers is another negative as well. They don't give a crap about you as a customer, you're just another sale at the register to them. More
Frustration beyond belief I took my Jeep in because of the engine light being on and was told that they would turn it off and if it came back on to call and get it in. Well it I took my Jeep in because of the engine light being on and was told that they would turn it off and if it came back on to call and get it in. Well it came on again and so I got it in first thing Monday morning. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked if I could get a loaner car and was told that they don't lend cars if the work would only take 1-3hours and I was ok with that. Once I got to the dealership for my appointment 5days later I was informed it may be longer than expected so I then asked if I could get a loaner car and was told they didn't have any. I was then taken to my parents house to wait and two hours later I get a call telling me what was wrong with my car and that they had to see if it was under warranty. After three more hours of waiting I had to call them to see what was happening to my car so I was informed that my car was still under warranty and that I wouldn't get it back until the following day in the evening so then I asked if there was a loaner car available so I could make it to work and was told that I would receive a call back shortly. 30minutes passes and so I call back and ask again and they told me they will find out so I said "ok. I will be there in 15minutes." So I get to the dealership and ask to speak with Alex who I have been dealing with the whole time so I can see about getting a car to drive. I then was informed that he was out to lunch. At this time I was frustrated because firstly of all the run around and BS they gave me and I did not receive a clear answer also I felt like I wasn't high priority enough to receive any customer service what so ever. One last thing after getting a car from my dad and getting to my house I received a call after 30minutes saying they have a loaner car for me. I was very displeased with the lack of customer service I was given and I was frustrated with the fact I felt like I was a nobody and that I didn't deserve an actual answer. You have lost my future services. More

Had a recall on its psm (kept shutting down on her) came in and dropped it off had it repaired in a short time later. The service writer assured me every step of the way and we're nice as could be. Oil change I was able to make an appointment quickly for the time most helpful to my own schedule. Once I arrived, my truck was admitted for service almost immed I was able to make an appointment quickly for the time most helpful to my own schedule. Once I arrived, my truck was admitted for service almost immediately and I waited for it to be completed. Alex let me know as soon as it was finished and I was on my way. The service personnel that helped me with my truck service today were Mike Wilmoth and Alex. I couldn't be happier with their time and attention. More

Kyle was awesome. I was not sure if I wanted to buy a vehicle when I first went to the dealership, and due to the face that I cannot drive a standard it made it hard to pick out a vehicle. Kyle walked around with me until we found the perfect vehicle that suited me. I couldn't thank him enough! Glen was awesome as well! He helped me get an awesome payment on my Jeep. Super Friendly. I try to just do just oil changes at the other dealers for i have found your dealership a star or two above the other jeep dealers. My advisor LAUREN MORRISON who i have dealt with for two years now has helped me keep my jeep in top shape for being twelve years old and 170,000 miles. best car i myself have owned. I like the changes you have made to the dealership over the years and customer service goes a long way in most peoples lives keep up the great work. More
