Excellent staff I drove in with my husband to get our oil changed. Just before we got there, I started feeling weird. I am an insulin dependant diabetic on a pump. We looked for a vending machine and couldn't find one. I was unprepared for this to happen. The staff at the desk went beyond helpful. They went in the offices, and found me what I needed to bring my blood sugar up.. They may not have realized but they were saving my life, I had drop to 46 and was crashing. Talk about an awesome crew of men and women. Plus got the oil changed, lol. Thank you Everett Dodge for having a great staff. More

They told me it would be ready in a week, After calling them twice in two weeks (since they did not call me) they finally got it repaired. We had some "add ons" to our jeep such as a soft top and subwoofer that had been part of the price negotiated. It has taken 8 weeks to get the right soft top because the salesman ordered the wrong top. And the subwoofer was quoted incorrectly and after being told that I was "wired wrong" and that "we aren't in the radio business but the car business"....I finally walked away with a check instead of subwoofer. No one was interested in helping me OR providing good customer service. This is by far the worst place to deal with...I will NOT be back and will be sharing this wtih anyone and everyone so that no one I know purchases a car from them as well!! More

I bought my 2008 Dodge Ram 4x4 2 years ago here and I have had it serviced there ever since. Right after I bought it, a hail storm came and placed several dent marks in the body. I was devistated. I to have had it serviced there ever since. Right after I bought it, a hail storm came and placed several dent marks in the body. I was devistated. I took it to the body shop there and they told me that they could fix it new again. They were right, It looked like I had just purchased it off the showroom floor when I picked it up. The body shop told me that I could bring it back once a month and they would detail it for me. I thought they were joking. Two years later, my best friend has an accident and I take him here for an estimate. While there, the assistant remembers me and wants to know why I had not brought my vehicle in for a detail. I was stunned. I told her that I thought they were joking then. She offered to make me any appointment and I went ahead and scheduled an oil change and rotation of tires. I can tell you that I was shocked to see my vehicle when my ride brought me to the dealership. It looked showroom brand new again. I couldn't believe it and it was free. They gave me the key and told me to call back anytime when I was ready for another. Thank you Springdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for such great service. I look forward to buying my next new vehicle there. However, that may be awhile because I really love my truck. More

Will never buy a vehicle from Springdale Dodge again! And absolutely recommend everyone steer clear! From day one the staff has been rude and hard to work with. From day one the doors have not worked properly on my Chrysler minivan and I have had trouble getting an extended warranty cancelled (why have it if it doesn't cover anything really.) Gary has been a complete jerk everytime I have dealt with him. Thankfully in this day and age with social media I have been able to steer several people away and they have all bought vehicles elsewhere. I can't wait to get rid of my vehicle so I do not have to deal with company again. More
