They give you pennies for your trade. They waste your time by standing by their manager deciding how they can trick you more. They add on more costs with insurances you don’t need. They promise to fix things early on in the deal until it comes time to sign then they aren’t there. They force you in to financing longer than you want so they can make even more money. More

Took my car in for oil change & tire rotation. Was told would take an hour to hour 15 minutes. Went to check status at 1 hour 40 minutes and was told they had not even started because they locked Was told would take an hour to hour 15 minutes. was looking for a low payment we are on ssi and cant afford a large payment some places showed us very expensive cars or cars that barley ran. i spent hours DAYS with several dealerships and just felt l afford a large payment some places showed us very expensive cars or cars that barley ran. i spent hours DAYS with several dealerships and just felt like nobody would listen to us and we also had low credit when we said that some places would just turn around , But not Franklin i came in told him my story 2 min later he pulled up a super nice equinox low miles heated seats for my back issues i fell in love but i still didn't have high hopes i thought payment was going to be to high since my credit is low. but after maybe 20 min he got us approved on a payment and car i was happy with highly recommend Franklin he listens and understands not like the other dealerships More
