WOW'd It has been a challenge looking for a new ride. I have came across aggressive sales people at various locations. This place had to be the first one I finally had the pleasure to come across a great associate, Yelitza. Little did I know a sales associate would make me feel welcomed at a car dealership. She was great at building rapport and identifying what I was hoping to find. At no moment did she make me feel guilty or uncomfortable for wanting to keep on searching at other locations.
