New Staff = Incompetence I requested service here using the dealer’s online service request form and wrote exactly which recalls and service bulletins needed to be done to the I requested service here using the dealer’s online service request form and wrote exactly which recalls and service bulletins needed to be done to the vehicle. The advisor was then unable to locate the request and had to hand write the requested services again. Several hours later, I was notified that my vehicle was ready. When I inquired about what had been fixed, only 1 of the 3 listed items was even looked at. The entire staff has changed and everyone seems to be inexperienced. I’ve now switched to Crain and asked they recheck the recall work performed. More

I moved to Arkansas six months later and the trim is coming loose on all of my doors. I went to McLarty Daniel Buick GMC in Bentonville. They were great. They honored the warranty and replace all the metal trim again. All the service department staff is the best. More

First oil change of new vehicle I called to setup an appointment to change the oil/rotate tires and was able to get in that afternoon. It was my first service for a 2018 Sierra.
