Buying was ok, but after sell is terrible bought a used Kia from them in 2014 and everything was good until the service department gets involved. made the mistake of buying the service contrac bought a used Kia from them in 2014 and everything was good until the service department gets involved. made the mistake of buying the service contract, every oil change with an appointment even if you are the first one when they open takes 2-4 hours even if you tell them you are going to wait. on top of that they can never find us in thier comouter as having a contract and expect us to look it up for them just to lose it again the next time. would not recommend, Everett was head and shoulders above these guys can't believe they sold out More

WORST service I have ever heard of much less experienced. Bought the car on Jul 9th. Took it back on July 11th for service. Today is Sept 15 and I still dont have it back. Over 2 months and still dont have my car back. I put $7,000 down, have made 2 payments and not only do I not have it back, they don't even know where it is! No one has ever called me. The only time I speak to anyone is when I call them. The repair tech that was working on it quit. The salesman who I bought it from quit. Pretty clear indication of how the business is run, don't you think? I spoke with a sales manager back in July who sent an email entitled mad customer to the service manager. That got me a call and he said," I'll check into it and call you back". No call back yet. Same story with the customer service manager who was "going to get to the bottom of it" and call me back within a few minutes. No call back yet. Called back today and was told the manager is assisting another customer and I would have to leave my name and number for, you guessed it...a call back. Been an hour and no call yet. If today is like any other day, I won't get one. Dealership is absolutely terrible!! Customer service is non existent. So again, RUN don't walk to another dealrship!! I don't care how bad another dealer may be, I assure you it will be better than this one UPDATE Still no car but they have replaced the service manager. New mgr. is Ryan and is MUCH better! Still at the end of the day we're in our 3rd month waiting on a repair on a car we took back only 2 days after purchase More
