From there it went downhill with closing the deal, low ball offer on trade-in, then 3 hour wait for closing, strong armed re. extended warranty, and financing that I really didn't want, and I wanted to meet the local manager, but after 4 tries I still haven't met him. I'm a 40 year career GM retiree, and I have previously had first name basis with owners of dealerships I have dealt with, mostly Chevrolet dealers. I don't need nor want special privileges, just respect as a buyer and GM retiree, and I am disappointed with my first experience at Everett"s. More
