Mine was a surprisingly pleasant experience! I have always hated the "dance" involved in buying a car - the back and forth auction process. And as a female, I have found some salesmen to be somewhat patronizing. So it was a pleasant surprise to meet Mark Jones during my first experience at Everett. Mark's knowledge and demeanor made me feel confident that I had made the right choice in the dealership and in the car I drove home. I commented to Mark that the atmosphere at Everett seemed different than other dealerships I had visited - everyone seemed happy to be working there, respectful of their coworkers, helpful without being pushy. He attributed the positive environment to the Everetts, saying they insisted on an ethical code of conduct among their workers and supported their staff in ways he found missing in places he had worked previously. I highly recommend Mark Jones and the Everett dealership.(And I LOVE my Acadia!) More
