He was so helpful in finding the car that fit my needs and situation. There was no pressure or buying bullying. When the time came for me to complete my paperwork Nathan Pearce was helpful and patient in dealing with me. This was my 1st car in my own name. What better way to celebrate my 41st birthday than purchasing a new car. Garry even came to my job to pick up my car title and 2nd key from my trade in. Who does that? More

Let me start by saying I bought here in 2013--- I went back as a repeat customer and what a mistake!!! This LIARS!! DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING HERE!!! Let me start by saying I bought here in 2013--- I went back as a repeat customer and what a mistake!!! This time I shopped online prior to going into the dealership. I had an email quote from another dealership and I called McKinnon to see if they could match that deal (tax here cheaper). They asked me to forward the email to them. After receiving the email I was told numerous times Yes, they would BEAT that deal. I didn't ask them to beat, I asked it to be matched. The BDC manager, Mandy, said the general sales manager assured her he would beat it. Cody, my salesperson after talking to the GSM convinced me that he was going to beat that deal. Mandy and Cody were both nice, but I know they do not set pricing. I asked for an emailed quote. The manager emailed me the following: "Good Afternoon Tanya, My name is Johnny Watwood GSM here at Mckinnon Nissan. Cody and Mandi are working very hard to earn your business, I have the print out from the Nissan dealership you sent reflecting the OTD price. I will honor there pricing to keep your business local. Here we tend to make it very easy. You being here and an informed customer makes this even easier. So when can i expect to see you. We have a best price guarantee. Johnny Watwood GSM Mckinnon Nissan" I drive an hour to go purchase the vehicle. After I am there I am told he can not come close to matching that deal. He knew that before I drove down there. He wasn't even close---his price was $4,000 more! He purposely wasted my time. If this is how repeat customers are treated, I would hate to see how others are treated. It is obvious that the same people are not working here anymore. ZERO INTEGRITY DEALERSHIP. RUN!! More
