I did an internet inquiry on Thursday morning about an out the door price on a Nissan Rogue. Finally, at 4:09pm, a young man named Cody called me. He didn't know some of the information that I needed bu out the door price on a Nissan Rogue. Finally, at 4:09pm, a young man named Cody called me. He didn't know some of the information that I needed but said he would find out and call me back. It is now about 4 pm Friday and still no call back. This has wasted a lot of my time. It is very disrespectful and unappreciative to waste a customer's time like this, especially after telling the man that I had bought a 2019 Frontier from them before. It seems this is how they really show their appreciation for their customers. They obviously don't need my business. More

Outstanding service department that truly knows the meaning of customer service. On 26 Dec. 2022, my family and I were travelling from south Alabama back to our home in Athens, Al. Our truck broke down meaning of customer service. On 26 Dec. 2022, my family and I were travelling from south Alabama back to our home in Athens, Al. Our truck broke down and despite our truck not being a Nissan vehicle they still assisted us by diagnosing the error code and even examined the engine to see if they could fix. They did all this with no charge. We had to get a tow truck but could take our trailer. Anthony, the service department employee said it was ok to leave my trailer until I could come back to pick up. This dealership service department earn my utmost respect and if I lived in the clanton area I would exclusively use them to service my vehicles. More
