I am very upset with McKinnon Nissan. I paid for a tire rotation and they were not rotated bc I marked them bf I took my car up there. I did this bc it has happened to my sister twice. About the delay in posting this review. I had to drive the car a few days to be sure the problem was corrected. All is good. Car hasn't 'not started' in over a week. I think I am good. Shane, the service person, was not helpful on service discounts. I asked about the price on the tire rotation and he quoted the regular price. However, I found the discounted price in a matter of minutes discounts. I asked about the price on the tire rotation and he quoted the regular price. However, I found the discounted price in a matter of minutes. He also never mentioned the discount on the oil/ filter service. The coffee maker did not operate well enough for anyone to use it without staff help. I heard one of those staff helpers saying that it had been malfunctioning for awhile. Unacceptable. More
