I did an internet inquiry on Thursday morning about an out the door price on a Nissan Rogue. Finally, at 4:09pm, a young man named Cody called me. Outstanding service department that truly knows the meaning of customer service. On 26 Dec. 2022, my family and I were travelling from south Alabama back to our home in Athens, Al. Our truck broke down meaning of customer service. On 26 Dec. 2022, my family and I were travelling from south Alabama back to our home in Athens, Al. Our truck broke down and despite our truck not being a Nissan vehicle they still assisted us by diagnosing the error code and even examined the engine to see if they could fix. They did all this with no charge. We had to get a tow truck but could take our trailer. Anthony, the service department employee said it was ok to leave my trailer until I could come back to pick up. This dealership service department earn my utmost respect and if I lived in the clanton area I would exclusively use them to service my vehicles. More
