Angela Hedden after having the fuel tested the results came back positive of someone filling your tank with Diesel fuel which you stated you had previously filled your tank up the night . We choose to perform the service of draining the diesel and replacing it with 87 octane at no charge to you. After many irrational and deranged phone calls and the threat you made about wrecking our loaner car we also feel it is best for you to find another dealer for your service . As always thank you for your review and enjoy your new car

First of all, your service department said my gas was contaminated with water or diesel. As a matter of fact, one of you said maybe someone put sugar in my tank! My car stays in a locked garage. Furthermore, the gas handle will not fit in my gas tank for me to put diesel fuel in it, but you already know that! Larry stated your service department only test the gas by smelling it. He stated the gas must have had some diesel in it. Thank God my brother is one of the best mechanics around and he said the ONLY way to truly test gas is by doing a fuel test and send it off. Again, this is something you stated you never do. You later told me you finally used a lab but wouldn't tell me which one so I could get a copy from them. My question is, why couldn't you at least send the so-called test to Corporate? It is obvious you will blame the customer for problems as I see that in your other reviews. All I asked from you was to give me proof in order to send to the gas company. You couldn't give that. It is comical how you stated on my review that I filled up my car with diesel. I still had 1/4 of your gas still in my tank! After talking to many people about this situation, I have not heard any good comments about your business at all. I'm pretty sure I bought a lemon from your dealership. Since the problem with the engine and gas, I have had other problems with the car. The panel beside the gas pedal has popped off twice, the Bose stereo keeps skipping (I have videos), the front doors on the car do not close shut and I have to keep opening and closing them again and my car feels like it is not changing gears correctly. I am planning on taking my car to another dealership to have all those issues looked at and fixed. My decision to do that was made way before your response for me to find another dealership to use. It is really sad when a female goes to you with issues, you think you can intimidate them. Well, I don't get intimated or bullied and know how to stand my ground with simply asking you to show proof of the fuel test. The funny thing is, when I told Larry my brother didn't smell diesel in the gas, he asked if my bother did a fuel test. Larry said that was the only way to know and yet Larry repeatedly stated you guys do not do the test. All of my conversations with your dealership are recorded and yes, my curse words are on there to. This was because you threatened to come get the rental car twice before my car was fixed. I do believe anyone would have cursed after having a brand-new car for only 5 days and this is how your treat your customers. Just bad business all the way around.

I bought my Mazda in February and cancelled my extended warranty in April. Today is 7/19/23 and my refund for the remaining extended warranty still has not been put towards my payoff. I do have others looking into this and will call corporate again to complain. Mckinney Mazda is a joke!

The lack of responsibility from Mckinney Mazda is why I will never purchase or recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them or any other Mazda dealership for that matter. I will be waiting to see when the money goes back toward the payoff.
