These things should have been taken care of before that car left the lot. More

Don’t buy a Jeep I am writing this review because I am tired of the run around with Jeep and this dealership. My complaint begins after only 2 months after buying my J I am writing this review because I am tired of the run around with Jeep and this dealership. My complaint begins after only 2 months after buying my Jeep Cherokee. The first issue was the transmission which McKinney Dodge fixed because they could SEE the transmission fluid pouring out of it. Since then, my Jeep has jumped forward throwing me into traffic, then,.... it gets stuck in 2nd gear (several times), sounds come from the dash which sounds like bells and whistles, and then the Jeep just dies in the middle of my driving it. The dealership states that they cannot fix what they don’t see when they ‘do whatever it is that they do’ when you take your car to them for help. I suppose the technicians aren’t trained to work on these new cars with all this technology and sensors. Perhaps they need to go back to school or Jeep needs to figure this out. Research these cars before you buy one. Please!!! I guess Jeep is waiting for me to lose my life when my car dies while I am driving it and I get T-boned, rear- ended by fast moving cars. Jeep will give you a case manager, but nothing helps. I’m contacting the States Attorney’s, BBB and whoever else I can research to contact. More

I had bring my 2013 Jeep Wrangler for the same problem 4 times since diciembre 2016 the service manager billy didn't really seem very confident or clear on information...did not have me an answer about was wrong with my car.... since I had the same problem for the past 4 months I decided to write down how many miles I had when I left my car 10 days ago ... 57495 and today when I pick it up it had the same miles on the dash board... after talking to billy he said that they have being driving my Jeep and they could not find the problem....wow ....I take my car and 1 mile away from the dealer ship I brake down ... I guest it only happens to me when I drive it ... I took the car to my mechanic and he was able to tell me was wrong with my car ...the car still not fix ... and the managers or owners don't care ... sorry xxx dealership More

Outstanding Service to a Stranger My wife and I were returning to our home in Georgia on November 28, 2016 after a short visit to Kentucky. While traveling through Travelers Rest, SC My wife and I were returning to our home in Georgia on November 28, 2016 after a short visit to Kentucky. While traveling through Travelers Rest, SC a bolt punctured my tire and the air was leaking out fast. I stopped at a local tire dealer and was told that I probably needed a new tire and it would take about two days for a tire to arrive since they did not have one in stock. I asked the tire repair person if there was a Chrysler Dealership in the area. He said about 10 miles from there and pointed me in the direction of McKinney Dodge in Easley, SC. I drove to McKinney Dodge and went to the Service Department, where a very nice gentleman by the name of Adam Loftin, Service Advisor, greeted me and asked what service he could provide to me. After explaining my situation he said that he would have my tire checked and advise me of what would be required. Mr. Loftin then directed us to the waiting area where he said that coffee was available if we desired to have some. After an hour or so, Mr. Loftin came in and informed us that the tire was repaired and we were ready to go. I really didn't expected everything to turn out as well as it did and had braced for worse news. I can say this was the best service I have ever received and feel McKinney Dodge and especially Mr. Loftin deserve special recognition for going above and beyond to please an unknown customer without an appointment. I didn't purchase my 2017 Chrysler from McKinney Dodge but would surely give them my business if I lived near Easley, SC. Thank You! More
