It is unfortunate that pre-owned vehicles can't leave the lot with all the same warranties and assumptions of driving worthiness as new cars. But we know that is not the case. We can't possibly predict when a vehicle is going to have problems. With or without the 27 point inspection, pre-owned cars are going to have problems. Thank you for your feedback. McKinney Dodge generously offers a program for Tires for Life. The rules for the program are simply that you have to have your service done here at the dealership. Follow proper protocol for tire maintenance and then, when tires are needed, your tires are FREE. It's an awesome deal. But the rules for the program have to be followed. It is always unfortunate when a customer leaves the dealership less than satisfied. We are sorry we were not able to honor the Tire For Life Agreement because the rules were not followed and service was not performed here at the dealership. We appreciate your business.

-Thank you for letting us know about the difficulty you are having . Unfortunately, there are some details that need to be included. The McKinney Dodge Service Department has apparently advised you of the appropriate length of time between oil changes. Out records indicate you first came in for an oil change at 8,272 miles. Your second oil change, your odometer read 16,504. Your third oil change, which was only on the 9th of October, your odometer read 27,634. Even on the new cars, where oil changes can be pushed out to 5,000 miles in between, if the owner's manual indicates, oil changes still need to be completed on a regular basis. As advised by our service advisors, not regularly changing your oil will do all kinds of damage to your engine and create the unsafe driving conditions you have described here. Please call me, Joan Barrett at 864-8596-1981, so we can figure out how to better get you in for oil changes at the correct intervals and work on getting your Jeep fixed. Thank you!!

Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority so when Kimberly Rice reported that she did not want to proceed in getting her car fixed we returned to her everything she gave us, including the diagnoses fee. Although we tried to be as friendly as possible, even providing her with a free loaner vehicle for a week, she just would not be satisfied. When she had to sell her car for a loss she held us responsible. McKinney Dodge is a reasonable and friendly dealership that understands not everyone can be satisfied; nevertheless, we will continue to do our best to make Customer Satisfaction our Top Priority.
