Called to ask about new tire pricing for my 2018 Ram. He asked the tire size and I asked him to look it up as I was not at my vehicle but tires were factory size. LEFT AN AXLE BOLT LOOSE. Avoid this service department or any used cars. McKinney had my vehicle for 40+ days for brake noise and unnecessarily replaced the Steering Column Avoid this service department or any used cars. McKinney had my vehicle for 40+ days for brake noise and unnecessarily replaced the Steering Column, and a Strut Assembly. In doing so they left AN AXLE BOLT LOOSE (Was able to hand turn it three times before torque). I even took it back and they replaced an exhaust clamp which they stated was the noise that I was hearing. Do yourself a favor take it to Big O, they were able to locate and fix the issue in one day, NOT 40+ DAYS. AVOID THIS PLACE. McKinney Parts Director who reached out previously to try and fix bad review is no longer there. I WONDER WHY. More

Stopped in last week to report a bad battery on my new Chrysler 300 S. They set an appointment for me today(3-22-23) At 8am. When I bought it in the service manager told me it would be 3-4 days before my Chrysler 300 S. They set an appointment for me today(3-22-23) At 8am. When I bought it in the service manager told me it would be 3-4 days before my car was ready. He said they had 6 or 7 cars ahead me to run a battery test on. I asked why did they book me for today then and he had no answer other than he was sorry. Drove down to Lake Keowee Dodge when I left McKinny and I had a new warranty covered battery 2 hours later!!! Worst service I have ever had More
I had my 2019 Ram 2500 6. 7 diesel toed to McKinney dodge for an engine problem that should be under warranty. All they did was listen to it run and they said it was out of oil and refused to check it out any further and would not be covered under warranty and charged me $150.00 . Had to take it to another dealership and they said a bolt in the grid heater broke and got on top of no. 6 cylinder. Now under warranty l am getting a new engine. Mckenny Dodge service department sucks do not go there for any repairs! More
