Thank you for your review. Upon your arrival you were already irritated based on your phone call the day prior in regards to what your visit may look like time wise, as we had no idea what the vehicle may need over the phone. When you arrived you mentioned multiple concerns including many warning lights and having to tap on your starter to get the vehicle going, prompting us to think this would be a more involved repair than a simple battery swap, especially with it being a warranty claim. We advised you that a battery swap may also still take up to 2 hours because of the testing that needs to be done, you did not like that answer. You were disgruntled with our advisor and towards management, all in front of our other service customers patiently waiting in line to be checked in in hopes of us giving in to your request of doing it now while you waited. This was your first visit at our shop and you boasted about buying over 10 Chrysler products from another neighboring dealership and were adamant on your vehicle getting diagnosed immediately, being placed in front of other service customer vehicles who have already been here for days waiting to be looked at.. When we would not comply with your demands you left with final words.

Upset customer responded

I would be more than happy to set down with all 3 advisers involved and your manger. The response you sent back is not truthful at all. When I came in last week to set the appointment with Jon he told me it could take 20 minutes to 6 hours to run the test and I was OK with that and we then scheduled the appointment. When I came in yesterday the adviser told me it would take 2-3 days, because you had others customers ahead of me. I totally understand that there may have been outer customers ahead of me, but why did you schedule me to be there yesterday if you had that many customers in line? I did not have an attitude until the first adviser turned his attitude on. Yes I did tell you that I had bought several Chryslers/Rams in the last 10 years, but If you check your records 4 of them were from your dealership. The truth here is that I did stop by to make an appointment, scheduled that appointment with your advisor a week earlier so that my car would not be tied up for more than a day. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told the battery test would take 2-3 days and you would call me when it was ready because you had other customers waiting. Would you not be unhappy with that response? Would you rate that as good customer service? Also the phone call the day before had nothing to do with the length of time you would have my car. It had to do with the scheduled time and the $100 charge the was showing on the invoice. I had no attitude when talking to that adviser, just concerns about the appointment. On that call he was very short with me and started the attitude. To SCHEDULE the appointment a week earlier for a test that my take up to 2 hours was no issue with me at all, but upon arrival to tell me it may take up to 2 or 3 days would make any one upset!!! Your response does not speak the truth and you have tried to twist the truth on how you and your adviser handled this matter. There were no demands on my part, just questions as to what was told to me and I did not leave with final words other than I was in the wrong? It's good to support your employees, but getting to the truths are most import in being a good manager.

Thank you for your review. When your vehicle arrived it was low on oil and when asked you could not provide any service records and told the advisor you had been 20,000 miles since last changed. Even with being low on oil, if you could have provided service records of oil changes that had happened when required, we could have assisted further- Hopefully you have been able to produce those records for the other dealership. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service for our customer and for Stellantis and work diligently to make sure we are within Stellantis guidelines for warranty procedures.
