I already brought this to David’s attention via email. Twice, in fact. He responded with what appeared to be a ‘canned’ response email indicating an internet sales manager should be contacting me. When I responded to that one, the only I contact I received in response was a very poorly written one sentence email from a sales consultant. The guy couldn’t even put a sentence together, much less formulate a professional response on behalf of the dealership’s General Manager. Please, tell me again how you value customer satisfaction and trust is paramount. Doubtful! Ross
