The biggest regret to purchase my 2500 sierra denali ultimate from a dealership like this. Located in McKinney Texas , they are by far the worst service department I’ve ever been to in my entire drivin ultimate from a dealership like this. Located in McKinney Texas , they are by far the worst service department I’ve ever been to in my entire driving life ! When purchased the vehicle , it had some minor issue and some major ones . Static Bluetooth while on calls, steering wheel column grinding noise while turning slightly both direction even while standing still and not while driving , plastic noises coming from center console (took 3 months to get a part in), truck was not aligned when purchased and most importantly… the AC cooled seats are worthless . So we took it in, the very next day they called me and they said truck is ready. When I went , the they said we Couldn’t replace the issues “of course” , not even the alignment was touched ! I go back again with videos to prove the issues and made the service manager hear the Bluetooth static issue and the steering wheel column grinding noise while I was there . He acknowledged the issue and said that he would have a tech handle it ! One week later , they don’t call to let me know truck was ready … I had to call and inquire and was told “oh yeah” truck is ready …. I had to ask them to wash it before I got there as it is a service that is a part of what they should do before returning the truck after service ….. but he said oh you want me to wash it ? I said of course , it’s even a part of my warranty I bought ontop of the manufacturer warranty! When I pick up the truck , it was not even close to ready and all they did is change oil and align it and nothing. Else was touched ! I left the truck and told them to repair the items AGAIN, I get a call from this self proclaimed “service manager” when I learned he was just another service advisor saying to me: well the issues are as per the manufacturer and there no problem that the certified tech can fix! With such a rude tone and very disrespectful customer service he said “you need to bring my loaner back and go return this truck to wherever you bought it from “. He practically told me to return a truck they can’t fix that was a GMC truck I purchased from his same dealership ! Worst dealership to ever do business with and to service even a bicycle at! Stay away and don’t fall in their sales trap and promising they have a great service dept. They are always out of loaners , you will have to know someone or raise your concern directly to GM corporate in order for them to get you in a loaner while your vehicle is in service ! BEWARE and stay away from this dealer ! More
The service received was superb. I drive all the way from San Antonio to receive awesome customer service from GMC McKinney. And the staff has great energy too. Rob, the service manager is just terrific service. He listens to your concerns about your vehicle. He a genuine person. The staff says great things about him when I mention his name. This is THE WORST dealership for any kind of service. I could never get a call back, took 24 to get a call back. They were rude, I had to pay for service when after buying an extended warranty. I was told to be there at 10am to get my truck, I left at 4:30pm! So frustrating. Once I left my truck still wasn’t fixed. Even though they had my truck for 10 days. Now I have to go back on my day off to get it fixed. More
They ripped me off. I had a $7,200 warranty added to the price of my vehicle after telling Zac that I didn’t want it. I had to cancel the Warrenty and wait for the refund on the back end although I would have preferred a lower payment. I did ask to speak to the sales manager about this and never received a call back. Eventually I went in and spoke to him. He could care less. It’s funny how well I was treated when I was buying the car buy how they forgot about me after I drove off. More
