I have reviewed this situation, however you rated the wrong advisor here Roberta Stuart had nothing to do with this situation thus should not have been rated by you. After talking with George and the Service Manager Ed, they have stated that the first visit were codes for low oil pressure due to 3 quarts low causing engine timing to kick code, which we addressed and was fixed. The next time in was not for the same reason as you had stated, this time it was a transmission code and we did not charge at all for diagnostic time to identify this issue. It seems there may have been a complete lack of communication here between our advisor and yourself. I have again talked with Ed our service manager and he would appreciate a call to discuss this matter further, he can be reached at 850-623-3481. We appreciate your taking time to let us know of this situation and we will work hard to ensure this is not a recurring issue. We will strive to improve our communication process with customers to ensure there are no misunderstanding, and the first step in being an effective communicator is to be an effective listener. We appreciate your business and hope we will still be allowed to assist you in the future.
