Normally I am very professional when responding to reviews like this but when you insult the entire dealership for one I take offense to this, you were shown your cabin filter and made a decision to have our technician change it, this was optional and it is our responsibility to at the minimum show you the filter and let you make the best decision for the maintenance of your vehicle. True cost for a OEM cabin filter is $39.99 if you are getting a filter for $16.00 this is not a factory replacement filter. You were not robbed as you stated this is a service you agreed to the replacement filter, there are no scams going on here and that is further evidenced by our overall customer ratings. Sorry you were not satisfied with your experience here but your statements are not indicative of our overall service and customer satisfaction ratings. We also ask that you read all our responses on all sites and unlike this customer you will see a completely different story, also notice you did not mention in your second review you did agree to the service and were shown your filter and were told the price at that time, there were no hidden costs as you have stated and you agreed to the service, this was again completely optional you could have declined and done the work elsewhere.
