My Encore had a fan issue 3 days before Christmas. I was told service was booked until the following Monday. Accepted the appointment. Vehicle would not start upon leaving. Left the Encore and Justin, said told service was booked until the following Monday. Accepted the appointment. Vehicle would not start upon leaving. Left the Encore and Justin, said he'd try and fit it in their schedule. He did and had the car back in 2 days. If the outstanding service continues, I'll continue to return. More

Justin was having a 'rushed' morning. Was a little short and defensive when I walked back to check on Jeep readiness. I was promised a time to be there and to get my truck into the department and they held up their end of the bargain. I was out of the dealership within an hour and a half. The McKenzie Service Staff are always friendly and courteous. I am always satisfied with making my service appointment and being helped when I arrive. I waited an hour and a half for an oil change wit courteous. I am always satisfied with making my service appointment and being helped when I arrive. I waited an hour and a half for an oil change with no tire rotation. This has been my issue for the past three visits. It just doesn't take that long to do a simple oil change and since I always schedule weeks ahead of time the service department should be prepared to render efficient service. More
I arrived late for my oil change & tire rotation appointment but Jeremy said "No Problem," it just might take us a little longer to get you out of here. Well I had originally planned on waiting 1 h appointment but Jeremy said "No Problem," it just might take us a little longer to get you out of here. Well I had originally planned on waiting 1 hour and that is how long it took! No extra wait time. Also told him my wireless charger did not work. Was informed they tried it and it functioned as designed. Jeremy asked me to place my cell phone on the charger. I did but it did not indicate it was charging. Asking what model Android I had, he quickly looked it up on his cell. Turns out that Motorola Android 2 will not wireless charge! Thanks to Jeremy and the service department team for their prompt & efficient work. And for teaching me something about my cell phone! More
