McKenzie Buick GMC - Service Center

My Oil change at McKenzie’s I saw on my speedometer that I was coming close the the recommended miles , to get an oil change. I usually do it sooner, but this time I followed the I saw on my speedometer that I was coming close the the recommended miles , to get an oil change. I usually do it sooner, but this time I followed the instructions on my tag from the dealership. I called to make an appointment and got it right away. Took my car there. Even so they were overbooked for 10:00 o’clock they kept my car. I went to the waiting room and sat there enjoying myself at the expense of the McKenzie Personnel, trying to make Coffee in this unfamiliar Pot. It was actually comical . I wonder, if they ever got coffee that day. After a little more than an hour , my car was done. And since I had the Maintenance Agreement, I did not have to pay anything for my oil change and lubrication of my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. Every body treated me with kindness and respect. McKenzie Service Department is the best in my eyes. More

Service review I had to take my truck in for unscheduled service because I hit two deer. My air bag light was on and said service air bag. Good service. A little longer than expected, but good. I have a Sierra AT4 that had 4 recalls. Two software and two mechanical. My service person (Roberta) took great care of me by arranging a loaner vehicle overnight, once they knew they wouldn't be able to finish that afternoon. Overall, a good experience with McKenzie.
