oil change, recall item, and fix my transmission I did this review yesterday. Please don't send me this twice again. They finally after three tries fixed my transmission right. Communication Dropped my car off the night before with the drop box. Heard nothing from them so called at 4pm and was told they were too busy to take my call but wo Dropped my car off the night before with the drop box. Heard nothing from them so called at 4pm and was told they were too busy to take my call but would call me back. By 5:30 had still not received a call so headed there since the service dept closed at 6pm. Not sure when the car was done but it would have been nice to get a call that it was since I had to try to get a ride over to pick it up. Only took it to dealer since my first oil change was free with them, won't be using them for routine maintenance again. More
