I purchased my first vehicle fro McKenzie Motors October 2018. During the time I was looking and trying to decide I was treated with upmost respect, I never had high pressure from the Associates at McKenzi 2018. I have carried my vehicle back twice for oil change, tire rotation. Both times the staff was very professional and courteous. I have always waited in the comfortable waiting area. Yesterday while waiting Mrs. McKenzie stopped and introduced her self, and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend McKenzie Motor Co. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle. Poor service, understaffed We have to call them for updates on repair status and are told they will call us but never do. We have now spent $7000 in 12 months at this dealershi We have to call them for updates on repair status and are told they will call us but never do. We have now spent $7000 in 12 months at this dealership on repairs of a 2012 acadia with 120k miles. Torque converter, power steering hose, struts, injection cleaning engine mounts, rack and pinion steering, ac/line replacement and out latest trip $1000 fuel pump and other parts. We have had to call them multiple times to get status of repair asked to speak to the owner but always told she is not in. k. We even had french fries and trash left in our vehicle from a mechanic test drive. We are getting rid of this vehicle later this month and you can bet we won't be getting a GMC or anything from McKenzie motors. We have filled out multiple GM surveys and haven't heard from them so we are changing brands and dealerships. Roberta has tried her best, but she has no help and is often overwhelmed trying to keep.
