Long wait time with a scheduled appointment I had a scheduled appointment to patch a tire, took over 1.5 hours to complete. I schedule all my oil changes with McKenzie and they usually are done I had a scheduled appointment to patch a tire, took over 1.5 hours to complete. I schedule all my oil changes with McKenzie and they usually are done in 45-60 minutes. Do o not know why the tire took so long. More

Service experience Arrived about 15 minutes early for appointment for service of my Jeep Cherokee Sport (I don't trust the maintenance at the local Jeep Dealership). Pr Arrived about 15 minutes early for appointment for service of my Jeep Cherokee Sport (I don't trust the maintenance at the local Jeep Dealership). Processed quickly by Roberta, and led to the customer lounge. Using the WIFI they provided, I used my iPad to read and study my college course. Within 40 minutes, the vehicle was finished, and I was on my way to other appointments that day. They are always on time, and their customer lounge area is very much to my liking. More
