I am very familiar with this situation and how my team has handled it. Unfortunately there are circumstances beyond our control as a dealership that make it difficult for us to completely satisfy every customer and this is one of those situation. Although we had runners going back and forth to pick up the vehicle from this customer and parts were back ordered due to strike and one defect that had to be done at a GM approved Licensed Body Shop this took some time, we only had 1 full size truck to loan out and it was not available, thus the other vehicles the Acadia, Canyon were not large enough for the customer and were not comfortable enough. Also our General Manager Lloyd maintained continuous contact with updates and customer had his personal phone number to discuss status of this vehicle. Not a great situation for any of the parties involved but do not believe we could have done any better. This is the General Manager responding to this review, I have taken over as the General Manager as of the 1st of the year and I can honestly this team is living our Motto Leave no customer behind and in this case I honestly do not feel we have left this customer behind our team went above and beyond. We appreciate your taking the time to write a review and to rate us.
