Long wait time with a scheduled appointment I had a scheduled appointment to patch a tire, took over 1.5 hours to complete. I originally came into this dealership trying to look at a new Ford Explorer (google gave me the location when I searched for Ford). When I showed up, TJ helped me out and explained there weren’t any new F a new Ford Explorer (google gave me the location when I searched for Ford). When I showed up, TJ helped me out and explained there weren’t any new Ford’s here, but asked if I was interested in taking a look at GMC and Buick’s equivalents. TJ listened to everything I told him and subsequently, I really liked what he had to show me but I just didn’t think there was any way these vehicles would be in my price range. I thanked him and he was very courteous, at which point I continued my car search. All the other dealerships had relatively comparable prices up front, but I was very turned off by their approach to customer service. I very much wanted to give my business to TJ and the GMC team, so I reached back out to see if TJ could run me numbers as he had previously offered to me. After running the numbers, I was surprised to find he was able to give me a better offer than all the other dealerships, as GMC/Buick is typically slightly more expensive. In this case, I got a better car at a better price! Furthermore, I felt like TJ was there to help me every step of the way! It was obvious he wanted to ensure customer satisfaction, whereas the other dealerships I went to just made me feel like another number. I can’t thank TJ enough for his professionalism, and overall approach to selling my family and I our new car. We absolutely love the car and we are beyond impressed by the overall customer service experience provided by TJ and the entire staff! Thank you all very much, we will definitely be recommending friends and family to see TJ and your entire team!! More
