Outstanding, "PERSONALIZED" Car Buying Experience Mark Ciano was ABSOLUTELY attentive, accommodating and open minded with my car buying experience (and that is NOT easy SINCE I am a "Type A Personalit Mark Ciano was ABSOLUTELY attentive, accommodating and open minded with my car buying experience (and that is NOT easy SINCE I am a "Type A Personality !"). He answered ALL of my questions, even tho at times he had to go SEEK OUT the answers. He took care of my EVERY need, "whim," and work FOR me ! Even when I returned with MORE questions and requests, Mark did what he could (he had SEVERAL "customers" at once)... but then Jim (Windrow) stepped in to help out as Mark was so busy. Jim was ALSO most accommodating. Even with "completed" (?) paperwork, Jim went back and REACCOMPLISHED paperwork to help me achieve my personal goals. This is my THIRD Buick from McKenzie... I can EASILY find a "dealer" closer to me (Crestview/Fort Walton Beach), but Mckenzie ALWAYS goes out of their way to help me/my family. That is one reason I buy there... and CONTINUE to have my vehicles serviced there. Lisa has assembled an AMAZING staff and obviously "manages/leads" in such a fashion that the employees respond well... always above & beyond. My TOTAL admiration/respect to McKenzie... starting with Lisa and down through her ranks... in sales AND service. I have NEVER felt "bamboozled," mislead, taken advantage of at McKenzie (as I hate to admit I HAVE many other places). Sincerely, The Miller Family More

Replace Loose Parts Hey... Came in because of a couple of items coming loose on vehicle (chrome piece on RR corner & rear spoiler coming up)... Service stated was u Hey... Came in because of a couple of items coming loose on vehicle (chrome piece on RR corner & rear spoiler coming up)... Service stated was under warrantee, so would just order new parts to "fix it right"... Took long time for parts to come in, but when finally here, came to dealership to get replaced... AFTER waiting for awhile, Service person came to me & stated was NOT under warrantee anymore (?!?) Had I known this would have probably made different decision(s)... BUT Service understood & helped "defray" the costs... BUT... We were also "in negotiations" about possible NEW Buick... In retrospect, since we DID settle to buy NEW Buick (trading in our Lacrosse for a new Envision)... should have NOT had this work completed (especially since was only thinking to REPAIR, but Service said FREE... soooooo... why not new??)... and definitely NOT paid almost $300 for something we will NOT get use of. Not complaining, just a little "disillusioned" over... for unnecessary cost !!! More
