My salesman james jones went above and beyond to help me find a truck that we loved and could afford. Over the two day process, I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. However, after beginning th find a truck that we loved and could afford. Over the two day process, I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. However, after beginning the financing portion, I was met with a finance guy, offering to sell me warranties and gap insurance at a super inflated price. $4800 warranty on a $20k truck. After declining they offer, he became very rude to myself and my mother. I left his office without completing the financing and immediately starting seeking outside financing. Things worsened when the sales manager got involved and after asking directly for a buyers order to be sent to my lender, either the sales manager or finance person changed the agreed sales price of the truck when they sent the purchase order to the bank. I didn't realize this until after I had closed on the loan with my bank. Very shady practices going on at mckenzie motors More
