Mr. Santacroce, First off, I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations and were not able to meet your automotive needs. After reading through your reviews, emails and doing some research in your customer record, I am concerned that there was a miscommunication somewhere a long the lines. I do see in your customer record where we gave you a price on the Crosstour on 5/16 and where you speak with our Internet Manager, Jonathan Zirbel for a while about our store versus the store in Columbia where you had been shopping as well. On 5/17 I see you sent in a credit application and in your customer record's notes, Jonathan notates them, "Michael sent in Credit App. I called him back let him know we could get him done.. knows he is going to have a higher rate.. will be here tomorrow around noon." ... I spoke with Jonathan regarding this matter and that phone call and he said he does remember speaking with you for some time about the Crosstour and your credit application. We also did not see your for your noon appointment that next day. In addition, CJ Bradbury made follow up calls to you on 6/14, 6/22, 7/2, 7/9 and on 7/16 she sent you a follow-up email and which you responded upset and also sent in the Dealer Rater reviews. We strive for the utmost satisfactory customer service at our dealership and if there was something we could have done more to better serve you, we always want to know and do appreciate feedback like this. Without your feedback, we'd never be able to improve and give you the opportunity to make up for our mistakes. With your permission, I would like to have my Internet Manager, Jonathan Zirbel call you and speak with you personally about this matter.
