My husband and I stopped in on Saturday the 7th of July just to look at a CRV as I was a little interested. Eddie Jarvis approached us with his hand extended and welcomed us as if we were family. He not only did a follow up call but actually made us feel no pressure but to let us know he was there if we needed anything or wanted to purchase. On Saturday the 14th of July I walked into McKenney-Salinas Honda and walked out the proud first time owner of the most beautiful, fun and practical vehicle I have ever had the pleasure of owning, a 2012 Opal Sage Honda CRV. The most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made in my life. I would hope that all Honda dealerships have salespersons such as Eddie Jarvis as he is very good at what he does and we have a friend for life!!! Jasper actually brought out 3 different Honda Pilot models so I could see and compare all of the features available and make an informed decision about what I wanted on my new car. Deanna was very acknowledgible regarding the Pilot we purchased. We orginally talked about buying a USED pilot, but your selection was minimal. You did not have in stock a color we were interested in, so Deanna said she would pursue finding us the color and interior we wanted.( And she did locate that vehicle for us.) She kept in touch with us during the day (while we visited other dealerships) persuing a car sale for your dealership. We felt your dealership gave us a decent price for our Equinox and worked on the price of the Pilot to get it within our budgeted amount. Roger played a role in this negotiating process. Despsite Deanna's car accident that she had Thursday morning, she kept her "cool" and finished up the paperwork in getting the sale completed in a professional way. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY CAR BUYING EXPERINCE WITH JOSH SIMMONS AT MCKENNEY SALINAS HONDA. I HAD ACTUALLY PLANNED ON BUYING MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALER IN CHARLOTTE THAT WE HAD RECENTLY BROUGHT A CAR FOR JOSH SIMMONS AT MCKENNEY SALINAS HONDA. I HAD ACTUALLY PLANNED ON BUYING MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALER IN CHARLOTTE THAT WE HAD RECENTLY BROUGHT A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AT. I WENT TO MCKENNEY TO JUST TO GET A PRICE SO I WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO BARGIN WITH AT THE OTHER DEALER. I WENT WITH THE IDEA THAT I WAS GOING TO WASTE MY TIME BUT I NEEDED THAT BARGINING EDGE. MAN WAS I SUPRISED. WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE GREETED BY JOSH WHO WAS VERY NICE, NOT PUSHY AT ALL. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND THAT I WASN'T REALLY PLANNING ON BUYING, I WAS JUST LOOKING. JOSH TOOK US AROUND TO SEE THE CAR I ASKED ABOUT, EXPLAINED THINGS ABOUT THE CAR THAT OTHERS NEVER HAD AND WAS OVER ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY HIM THAT WE THOUGHT LETS GIVE HIM A CHANCE AND SEE WHAT HE COULD OFFER US. IN A MATTER OF ONLY 2 HOURS TOTAL I BROUGHT THE CAR THAT I WANTED, I WAS GIVEN A GREAT PRICE ON MY TRADE IN ($1,000) MORE THEN I EXPECTED. THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH 4 PEOPLE ABOVE JOSH TELLING ME WHY I SHOULD BUY THE CAR AT MCKENNEY, OR HOW THEY WERE DOING ME THE BIGGEST FAVOR OF MY LIFE. THEY HONESTLY BELIEVED THAT THE CUSTOMER IS DOING THEM THE FAVOR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM..THAT IS SO UNLIKE ANY CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR JOSH WENT OVER EVERYTHING IN THE CAR WITH ME. HE SET UP MY RADIO, MY HANDSFREE JAX AND A FEW DAYS LATER I EVEN GOT A PHONE CALL CHECKING TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS AND HOW I LIKED MY CAR..
