Bob Roadman was professional in every way and not pushy at all. He allowed us to become excited about the car in our own time and respected our request to not bother us with follow-up calls. Purchasing a new vehicle was a very difficult decision for me as I have always had used cars. I went into the process with a list of 12 cars to test drive..... I know, I'm a "rare" individual. McKenney-Salinas Honda was the first dealership that I chose to test drive a Pilot and, because of Regina and the welcoming atmosphere of your other employees, it ended up being the final decision. I have always hated the process of purchasing a car, hence, why my last car was 13 years old. I am not one that likes to be pounced on the second I drive on a car lot. Thankfully, I did not experience that at McKenney-Salinas. Rest assured that while I may not purchase another vehicle for 10 more years, I can promise that I will have nothing but postive things to say about your dealership, Regina and the other employees and will, most definitely, refer family and friends to your dealership.
