I purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour EX-L W/Navi. and I am overly joyed. The car is everything I dreamed and then some. I used the online service and Steven was great. Eddie Jarvis has to be the sweetest, most up front & honest man you could ever deal with. Roger Hoyle was thorough, yet quick in the finance office and as we all know, you want nothing more than a quick trip through the finance office to get into that new car! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership. I got the EXACT car I wanted in minimal time, no haggling & friendly faces all the way around. What more could you ask for?! I was interested in purchasing a CRV and wanted a specfic color and amenities. I emailed and asked questions about cars available and was pleasantly surprised to have my emails answered quickly. They had several different cars that I was interested in looking at, so I went with my husband. We test drove a Honda Fit and a Honda Civic hybrid, both used. Ultimately, I went with the Fit because of good mileage/reviews and I liked the hatchback element. We were also unsure about maintenance on a used hybrid. The staff were helpful and honest. We liked that our Fit was also a "certified Honda." I would recommend them to people looking for a new or used car. Good selection and good service. More
