Simple, just give floor mats back to me as Mr. David Ludloff promised, mail them to me or just drop to my office. 1. I bought my Jetta from McKenna Volswagen Cerritos on 11/24. 2. Emailed David Ludloff on 11/25 the all 4 carpets (Floor mats)are missing, no reply from him. Call him at 714-615-9139, told him the situation. 3. Called David Ludloff again, he said he got my voice mail, David agreed to send the mats to my residence, he said he got my address.' 4. 12/4 I have not gotten my carpet, called him again, he said will drop the mats to my office next morning, I gave him my address: 1611 Garfield Ave, Alhambra, CA 91801. 4. 12/5 No carpet been delivered to my office. 5. 12/6 Called, Texted, emailed David to check the status, no answers from him. Keep failure on promise from your sales and company forced me to share my experience with anyone who may consider to buy cars from you. John, At this point, I doubt there is anything you can do in regards to my situation. My car is currently in the Huntington Beach location. I have to pay $1500 for the repair of the valve body, which your technicians failed to diagnose earlier this year. I am now way past the miles covered by warranty extension given by VW. What are you going to offer that could remedy my situation?

Definitely nothing you can do for me at this point. The experience has been enough to avoid your facility, and to prevent others from going. Yes, i happen to take customer service quality very seriously, and I like to spread the word about great service, but also make sure that others know about horrible service. Given that your rating is so poor, I feel that your team isn't doing enough to provide many customers good service. I am quite sure that losing business due to such inadequate service is not in the best interest of the owners. Good luck.
