Breakdown Drive belt broke down. Towed into McKenna. Ana was outstanding throughout. Enterprise (loaner) was excellent. Ana stayed in touch throughout. Repairs Drive belt broke down. Repairs seem to be very well done. Everyone I encountered were extremely nice and professional.
