Best Car Shopping Experience I was in the market for a brand new car. Joining my boyfriend on previous car shopping experiences at other dealerships had me a little worried about I was in the market for a brand new car. Joining my boyfriend on previous car shopping experiences at other dealerships had me a little worried about how I would be treated. My first and only stop was with Chris. He is very informative, helpful, friendly, and straightforward. There were no games played like I had witnessed at other dealerships. He was able to find me a great car at my price point. It was such an easy car shopping experience that I ended up leaving with a new car. I recommend McKenna Audi and Chris Blair to anyone who wants a pleasant shopping experience. More
My First Audi I was refereed to Chris from one of his previous customers and was very happy with my experience. I've owned quite a few Japanese Cars and Motorcycles I was refereed to Chris from one of his previous customers and was very happy with my experience. I've owned quite a few Japanese Cars and Motorcycles so this was somewhat new territory for me. Chris was able to explain the differences to me from what I'm use to seeing and what Audi has to offer. I wasn't sure he would be able to find me a Audi at the payment i was looking for so i was surprised that he found me a Great A4 Premium Plus with Audi Care and Warranty that not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I know he went over and beyond to do so and was very happy with my purchase. With other dealers I've had to spend hours making sure i got what i needed and wasn't being jerked around with price and financing. Chris is so easy to work with and was able to get through all the paper work quickly as he spent all his time with me and not walking in and out or passing me around as other dealers do. If you are interested in an Audi i would recommend this dealer and Chris as your rep. More

When I was ready to make the deal, Noah made the transaction seamless and easy. He was very personable, genuine, and gave me a great deal. For example when i complain of losing air in the tires... who wants to hear" thats normal" . News flash a flat tire is not the norm. Also i have been told by the general manager that " being nice" is the way to get service there.. Which is very disheartening to me because.. i"m not a nice person all the time. So yeah needless to say after they had my car for a half a week i still get flat tires randomly... Let the GM tell it its because" i"m not a nice" person....Truthfully i think he wanted to say something other than nice .. but its a free world , we just have to pay to live in it .. . Therefore I don't recommend you pay Mckenna any attention on your next car search ..the location isn't convenient , the people aren't that " nice" , and the cars are overly priced.. and of less quality than other dealerships in the area. Not Recommended! We have bought many cars, and this was by far our most frustrating and negative buying experience. Everything was fine, until we signed the paperwork. At the end of the transaction, McKenna owed us money for our trade. After not receiving said money or hearing from them for weeks, we made several (unsuccessful) attempts to contact them. After getting nowhere by email or phone, we contacted Audi USA. Throughout the process McKenna was so difficult to work with and had such a bad attitude, our only conclusion was that they either didn't have our money or was trying to buy time for some reason. Audi USA basically said their hands were tied because each dealer is individually owned. After approximately six weeks or so, we got our money. We do not recommend this dealer and if this was the only Audi dealer in town, would not buy another Audi because of it. More
I purchased a new 2014 SQ5 on jan 28, 2014.I did not test drive the car at the time, because it is a brand new car. I like the car but with in 4days I found out one of the speaker was defective. now it sat i drive the car at the time, because it is a brand new car. I like the car but with in 4days I found out one of the speaker was defective. now it sat in the dealer or 4days to get it fix. not very happy. Ofcourse the warrenty taking care the car but in 4 days. More
Kiki Sin is the BEST!!! I've never had a more enjoyable experience buying a car than I had with my recent purchase. I have purchased many cars over many years. This time was one of the more enjoyable and least stressful, due to Ray. He met me as I entered the showroom, no pressure, no typical car salesman hype. He answered all of my questions, never tried to show me something I didn't want. When we began the process of price and financing, I feel he was honest, understood my concerns as well as my limitations, and was sincere in his efforts to craft a deal that was good for both myself and the dealership. We have used McKenna Audi off and on for several years. I've learned that with them, it's hit and miss. The car is usually there longer than expected and in the past, the repairs were not always even comp I've learned that with them, it's hit and miss. The car is usually there longer than expected and in the past, the repairs were not always even completed, even though they were on the list. I am used to the "I'm sorry, we'll get right on it and have it ready tomorrow" excuse. I have even had one of my cars returned with the check engine light on. The service advisors are also slow to return calls or will claim they never received a message to begin with. On my last visit, they changed my license plate frames (from a competitor Audi dealership) to theirs without asking or advising. When I called the service advisor to ask why this was done, I was told it is Danny McKenna's policy to do this to every car that comes there and that I was being ridiculous even asking. Ridiculous or not, it is MY CAR, not theirs, to decide what license plate frames I want on it or if I even want one at all. My car should leave the dealer exactly as it came in other than having the service or repair completed. I already have requested that they not wash it because I end up having to take it to the local car wash to get it rewashed due them doing a lousy job. I'll consider going back when Danny McKenna himself comes to my home and changes my frames back to what they were when the car got to them. More
