Misleading salesmen and terrible customer service It was advertised on their website that there were several features in a van I liked. When I arrived to drive the van there was no DVD player screen. It was advertised on their website that there were several features in a van I liked. When I arrived to drive the van there was no DVD player screen. They said they would install one if I split the cost. (Even though they advertised there was one in the van) I was told the heated seats button was on the side and I could "look up" where it was. There was a a Bluetooth button on the van so I assumed that worked. I was told the back up sensors we're covered by the snow/ice etc. After they put in the DVD player that I had to pay half for I realized it was a cheap after-market DVD player and I have to physically get out of my seat and in the back of the van to even put the DVD in for my kids. The sound doesn't even come through the speakers. they also just cheaply put it on top of the console in the middle so when the DVD screen is down I cannot see at all out of the back of my van. The Bluetooth does not work and I was told that I could get a cheap adapter to make it work if I wanted. I have emailed and called several times to the general manager to see if they can fix the Bluetooth and DVD player and that I would not worry about all the other features that were supposed to be included that we're not. There was no sensors on the back bumper like there were supposed to be and there was no button on the side of the seats to make them heated I have received no response. I do not recommend this place to anyone they will say anything to get you to buy a car. More
