A bunch of cheating liars… we agreed on a price for a car in transit and waited a month for arrival… bypassed other cars at other dealers to honor our agreement with them. When the car arrived they charged u in transit and waited a month for arrival… bypassed other cars at other dealers to honor our agreement with them. When the car arrived they charged us $7300 over sicker price… they are the most dishonest dealer every. Run the other direction from them. They also play good guy bad guy with you! The salesman say it’s out of their control but they are all cheating together… we are reporting them to GM. They should never be in business nor should GM give them car to sell. Totally dishonest!!! From a nonprofessional sales person and a liar (Joel) and manager (Josh) trying to scam me by $3000 because I didn’t have a trade vehicle and attempt to lie to me that it’s mentioned on the fine prints. Fine prints on website mentions nothing about their vehicle price will change if you have no trade in. After Joel had confirmed the vehicle price prior. I Called and spoke with General Manager (Sam) who confirmed their is no such a thing and could not say why his sales manager (Josh) said that. Vehicle had scratches and per Joel all would’ve been touched up on and yet nothing was done and now I have to waste my time to bring the vehicle in. To make my experience even better after 2weeks with the vehicle I started having issues with the Car Battery ( vehicle wouldn’t start) for 2 days on a row and needed to get jumpstart every time I need to use the car. Called McGee Chevrolet was told unfortunately I cannot get a loaner car would have to bring the vehicle in to service. (Had to leave work early to bring the vehicle in) Out of all my bad experience with McGee Chevrolet I have to say Thank you to Sam and Blake for doing their best and apologizing for others. More
