Everybody was very nice and easy to deal with when looking at used cars, but after not purchasing a car over a month ago I have still yet to recieve my deposit back. I went to McGee Chevrolet to test drive a used silverado pickup, and I was able to browse the lot without issue and when I went inside, I was greeted by Mike Camara, who was very nice and he listened to m pickup, and I was able to browse the lot without issue and when I went inside, I was greeted by Mike Camara, who was very nice and he listened to me without trying to move me into anything I wasn't interested in. In fact I ended up buying a toyota tacoma they had on the lot after test driving the silverado, and Mike was great about the whole thing, even though I think he liked the Chevy more, he worked with me on the Toyota. They wrote me a fair deal, and I left that day with my new truck! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Chevy, and when I'm in the market again I'd look at Mcgee again. My parents bought there Car at Mcgee as well, and we both live on the Cape. They made the trip off cape worth while. Thanks Mike More

The salesman Aaron that helped me with my new car was great. He took the time with me to explain all the options my new Equinox had to offer me. When i wasn't sure on exactly what car i wanted, he was great. He took the time with me to explain all the options my new Equinox had to offer me. When i wasn't sure on exactly what car i wanted, he was patient with me and let me test drive more than one vehicle until i was satisfied with my choice. My experience with him put my decision over the top. Also I was greeted quickly upon my arrival and paired with Aaron right away. When it was time for finance, it did take a little longer than i wanted for the approvals and paperwork to go thru but my experience with both Nigel and Anthony in Finance was great and they were able to lower my interest rate and give me a great extended warranty on my new Equinox. I was able to drive my vehicle home that night. Also Aaron introduced me around the dealership and to Rick in Service so i have my own contact for when i need to bring my vehicle in. I think the customer service at McGee is great and i would recommend this dealership especially Aaron in Sales. I will be bringing my parents to see Aaron soon for them to purchase a used vehicle. Aaron did an awesome job! His knowledge of the Silverado i bought blew my mind and made the previous salesman at Tracy Chevrolet look bad. I bought a used pick-up from this dealership, and I'll just skip over the sales persons approach and over all sliminess. I bought it, because I liked the vehicle, not because of a killer deal I got. The truck was in a great shape overall, but when I brought it in for my first inspection, the inspector (a guy I've been going to for a few years now) said the parking brake doesn't hold in Drive. It holds in Reverse, but the car moves while in Drive and it's just idling, meaning no foot on the gas. I tried this myself, right before and after I got home, thinking maybe this guy didn't push it in all the way, or something. But no, it didn't hold. Since it's a warranty repair, I made an appointment, took half a day off from work, and drove 45 miles from the Cape for service. I waited about an hour, before someone from the service dept. came up to me asking if the truck is mine. He wanted to show me something on it. We went out to the truck and he procedes to tell me, that the brake has to be pushed in all the way to the floor in order to hold. And he pushes it all the way, then steps on the gas, brings rpm up to 1500 (state requires only 1200-1300) and the brake holds. This service person tells me they didn't have to adjust anything, it was simply what you'd call an operator error. I tried it right there and then, sure enough the brake held. I was a bit confused, trying to figure out if my inspector (and then myself) actually did make this mistake. Anyway, great, it works. I went straight back to my inspecting station, tell my guy what I was told at the dealership, and he says that he pushed it all the way to the floor 6 times and it didn't work. He took the truck in to test it again, and then he said that this time he only had to push the brake only about half way to set it. I tried this later myself, and it's true, I don't need to push that brake all the way to set it. This means that McGee service dept did adjust something, but they lied to my face about it, trying to blame their oversight on my ignorant inspector. I can promise you that I will never go back there to purchase or service another vehicle, again. And I'll will not recommend this place to anyone I know, as well. More
