Worst Experience Of My Life After telling me that a different dealer "low balled" me a quote, I was quoted a 12K mile lease price from their Sales Associate Elder Silva for a par After telling me that a different dealer "low balled" me a quote, I was quoted a 12K mile lease price from their Sales Associate Elder Silva for a particular truck. I arrived after a 1 1/2 hour drive and he pulls up the truck that I told him I was not interested in and said the one I wanted was not available for the same price(although it had the exact sicker price). Very strange because he told me I had to tell him before I came down which truck I wanted so the paper work could get started on. Suddenly the price jumps $45 per month over the quoted price but he thinks he didn't do the exact same thing he accused the other dealership of doing. Mind you there was no call before explaining the truck wasn't available or the payment would be higher. After 3 hours of negotiating a price I could live with I find out that he put it as a 10K mile lease WITHOUT my knowledge obviously hoping I wouldn't notice until it was too late. I called the General Manager Jay Pacheco multiple times although he NEVER returned my calls. I spoke with the New Car Sales Manager Steven King and he assured me he would return my check (deposit) although he submitted it to the bank for deposit anyway. So I spent 3 hours in my car traveling, 3 hours negotiating an already quoted price, 3 hours of listening to blatant lies and had to pay my bank $28 to stop payment on my check. All three of these people have absolutely NO MORAL COMPASS at all. There are thousands of dealerships out there....find an honest one.....this one isn't even close. More

Experience started great, but I left unsatisfied with no owners manual for my used 2008 ford escape, and a monthly payment more then I wanted to spend monthly. The warranty also wasn't as good. only two yea owners manual for my used 2008 ford escape, and a monthly payment more then I wanted to spend monthly. The warranty also wasn't as good. only two years, I expected three. Good dealership, but didn't stand out personally. The killer is all along, I thought they were going to take my trade. Well after everything was signed, it's being towed away and it will go down as a repossession in my name. I cannot sell it because it has problems but I would have appreciated being more upfront, which they were not. Overall the vehicle itself is fantastic, but to me it is little things that keeps clients returning. I can get a manual off ebay for 30 bucks real easy, but it is the principle to me. I asked for one and was denied. They DID NOT go the extra mile. Just another sale. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and once again I should have listened to what I had heard coming in about this dealership. I was told mixed things and overall my experience was no good and I left unsatisfied. I will not be a "repeat customer" More
I fell for and purchased my Cadillac CTS from McGee last september. I felt very good about the whole transaction, I even purchased an extended warranty that I was told would cover me for any problems bumper september. I felt very good about the whole transaction, I even purchased an extended warranty that I was told would cover me for any problems bumper to bumper.Everything would be covered except for tires, brakes and the like. I thought this was a wise move because with a big monthly payment, I couldn’t afford to run into any unexpected expenses. The car ran good for the first 6 months and I religiously kept up on the maintenance, I loved the car. My cars check engine light went on, so I made an appointment with the dealership. I arrived early for my appointment and was told that it would be a while. After 5 hours of waiting, Rich, The service manager told me that the problem was a fuel cell. He explained that they had to remove the fuel tank in order to fix it and that if it was one part it would be covered under warranty but if it was this other part, I would have to pay over 700 dollars. From Rich’s demeanor I knew that it would most likely be the 700 plus part. I left there feeling like I was getting taken. After fretting about the check engine light for months, I took it to a local mechanic who put it on the computer and after two minutes told me that it was a fuel evaporator sensor. He also told me that you don’t have to remove the gas tank, because that part is located under the hood. He replaced the part a couple days later and no more check engine light. 150 dollars for the part and labor. Now I can’t get a sticker because the Catalytic converter won’t pass inspection. So I call McGee and explain the problem and tell them about my warranty. They tell me that they will get back to me. They left me a message telling me that it is not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I wish I could read my warranty but I don’t have one to read because when I purchased the car they said they would mail my warranty to me which they never did. You have to understand that with a Cadillac CTS there are two Catalytic converters and you have to change both. At 500 dollars a piece and labor, I’m looking at 1,500 dollars and I can’t get a sticker without doing it. I just want to pass on my experience with McGee, I wouldn’t buy another car from them, I will never pay for an extended warranty again as long as I live and I would rather walk than bring my car in for service as long as Rich is running the service department. After having a very trying and exhausting experience at other dealerships, it was a relief to meet Elder. Elder is friendly and knowledgeable about all cars. He was extremely kind and patient with me and knew exactly the car that I needed for my family. I never felt high pressure from him which was a big change from other dealerships. I would/and will highly recommend Elder for all future customers. I ca not adequately express how grateful I am to have been able to have Elder for my salesperson. I have the perfect Chevy Malibu for my children to drive. I would definitely buy another car from Elder when I am looking to replace my own vehicle. Overall, shopping at McGee Chevrolet was a great experience! More

When I arrived, Russell Hague was very helpful, he got the keys and plate and put them on the car. We went for a test drive and I liked the car very much. The price was $1100 less that the same vehicle at another dealership and had more bells and whistles installed. I worked with Anthony in Finance and obtained a lower rate than the previous dealer had offered. Russell had the car detailed and ready for pick-up the next day. Very good experience, would recommend McGee Chevrolet to anyone interested in a professional organization with quality people. More

This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had, below are the reasons why. Hopefully this review will save you from wasting your time. Reasons to steer clear of this dealership and their had, below are the reasons why. Hopefully this review will save you from wasting your time. Reasons to steer clear of this dealership and their slimy salespeople and managers: -Negotiated with us on a car they never even had on the lot -Took and cashed a $1,000 deposit check that was supposed to be used for bringing the car from another dealership -They never found the car we negotiated on -Refused to issue refund for deposit until we went there twice over the course of a week I will admit we felt quite vindicated going there to pick up the deposit refund and driving up in our brand new car that we purchased at another dealership 15 minutes up the road.
