Wouldn't fix warranty repair A tire on my 2015 had a spot on the sidewall that was peeling away. They told me that it was not defective and would not replace under warranty. I told them I did not and they they accused me of lying to them about hitting a curb and scraping the side. Will not deal with them again and I will be calling General Motors and the BBB. More

Salesperson BLATENTLY lied saying that to register my car it would cost $275 when I questioned him about how high that seemed he said it was because my home state (RI) charged an additional $90 fee...when I finally took delivery of the vehicle the registration showed a TOTAL registration fee of $107.50 (and to make it worse the registration would need to be renewed in 5 months) 2. Requested special towing mirrors to be added to the vehicle and worked them into the sales price...a few day later they said that in order to get the mirrors to work I would have to pay for an additional $250 for harness and $470 in labor...the sales manager DIDN'T do his due diligence and agreed to the mirrors just to close the sale without even looking at the actual cost of adding them. He wanted me to pay for his lack of oversight. 3. Picked up my vehicle 17 days AFTER I paid the 1st month payment (the delivery of the harness for the mirrors kept being delayed) and my cargo lights AND trailer brake hadn't been installed yet. 4. I had to take 3 1/2 hours out of my workday drive 80 miles back and forth to the dealership to get these 2 items installed (that already should've been) and had a heated argument with the sales manager who insisted I pay for the trailer brake and labor $200...EVEN THOUGH they had clearly overcharged me on the registration Biggest mistake I've made in a while is walking into that dealership. They have HORRIBLE communication among their employees and their constant tag line is, "well I wasn't made aware of that by the other employee" More

As a woman buyer I was more than a little apprehensive to purchase an SUV on my own. When I got to the dealership I was greeted with a big smile and handshake from Jefferson. He immediately made me feel a little bit more at ease with this process. He helped me choose a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. I got what I thought was a good value for my trade in based on all of the research I have done. I paid a great price for the new Equinox! The rest of the process was equally as painless. Anthony in finance was just a joy to work with, explaining the paperwork thoroughly, making sure I understood the numbers, and making sure I got copies of all of my paperwork. I am very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this dealership and Jefferson to anyone! More

I'm happy to say that this was by far the best, easiest, quickest and most pain free buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Elder and the sales manager John and they were great. They treated me with respect and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. I think sometimes people will only write a review if something didn't go quite as perfect as they had hoped or that they will just complain about anything. Thanks again guys. You have a customer for life! More
Only care about the inital sale not YOU! The only time that you are treated nicely is when you are actually looking at the cars. Once you sit down to discuss the deal you are NOT treated with respect. The sales consultants are very aggressive and really pressure you into buying or leasing a car you may not even want. If you try to leave they imply that you have wasted your time. I went through this with leasing a car here. Once you sign that finance agreement you are not treated well. They make everything they are doing is a "favor" to you. Then when you need service you have to deal with a very rude service department. I was told I didn't need an appointment for an oil change as you can just come. Once I got there the service representative was very rude and stated "you should have made an appointment"...Confused? Yes! So I had wasted my time driving up for an oil change and then had to scheduled an appointment. If you are looking to buy a car and be treated with some degree of respect DO NOT select this dealership. They pressure you into buying a car even if its not what you really want. Then if you change your mind they get very mad at you! Go to Herb Chambers, or another chevy dealership where you are actually treated like a human being. More
Worse experience ever I made a deal for an Equinox, decided on a payment, even paid the "first" month lease payment. After a few days of non contact (yes no contact ) I cal I made a deal for an Equinox, decided on a payment, even paid the "first" month lease payment. After a few days of non contact (yes no contact ) I called and oops " the bank didn't give us the "number we needed"....So needless to say I paid for the first month, they didn't get whatever "number: they wanted from the bank (must be a fee of some sort) so I couldn't get the car. Okay what's done is done, I asked can you refund what I paid, I was told no problem. Two credit card statements go by and no credit. I called again and was told, "oh, you need to come in". Once I got their I needed the receipt! "They couldn't find the copy of the sale". So I had to go search for it finally found it. SO it took about 3 months to get my deposit back. They only care to deal with you when they will have successful deal if not you are treated like something that is worthless. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone even my worst enemy. Do NOT GO HERE! More

Shawn my first salesman decided to lie to me and say that Chevrolet did not have a military discount program then he modified that to it is $750 which is a separate rebate and he actually rolled his eyes and sighed starting to talk down to me saying I was wrong.After showing his manager the program online and getting a different salesman I walked the dealership through the whole process as they did not know their own sales programs.the finance program was much better only one issue and when I pointed it out the business manager verified I was right and things proceeded smoothly although I did have to go back and have him correct the .extended warranty he tried to tell me a disappearing deductible was the same as 0 deductible. Finally I had the dealership install a GM tonneau cover,a 1 hour job took 3 hours. Fine as long as it was done correctly but no. The technician decided he wanted to go home and forced the cover closed. Luckily I checked it before I left and had to have them take my truck back in and fix it as it would not close again. If you choose to do business here read everything and trust no one I am lucky that I had worked in the car business and had done my research prior to going in otherwise I would have been out thousands of dollars More
