We looked the vehicle over with the salesman. I asked him if it had a remote start; and, he said yes. The online detailed description of the car said it included remote start, as well. We thought nothing of it, until we got home and noticed that the option is not on the key fob. I calmly brought it to the Sales Manager's attention; and, he said the General Manager would not give me the remote start that I was led to believe I had bought with the vehicle. beware of use car extended warranty bought 2 used vehicles 2/15 w/5 yr extended warranty only to find out in 5/18 that it had expired!? screwed out of 2 yrs.
