I contacted McGee Chevrolet to inquire about current availabilities of new Chevrolet vehicles on July 21st, 2020. I stated I would like to work out a deal contact-free and virtually as my wife has a hea availabilities of new Chevrolet vehicles on July 21st, 2020. I stated I would like to work out a deal contact-free and virtually as my wife has a health condition and we cannot expose ourselves to COVID-19, a global pandemic. Michael Camara replied to me that they “only work deals in person at this dealership”. While they have every right to do so, I find it truly irresponsible and disrespectful to not accompany this request. Sadly, this dealership is not willing to accompany a customer with health issues during a global pandemic. More

Does not honor ads posted on website I contacted McGee Chevrolet about on of the many trucks they had posted at the same low price. The listing had a lot of discounts applied if you read the fine print. I responded to the ad and attempted to confirm my price and that I could access the discounts posted. Numerous times over both text and email the dealership refused to confirm the discounts posted and therefore the advertised price were applicable. Instead they kept trying to lure me in to the dealership. I refused, I suspect the numerous other posters claiming fraudulent practices are correct. I have no intention to ever deal with this stealership. More

Stay far away. Looking to rip you off. Absolutely the worst experience for car repairs. Stay far away from. Will fix things that you never asked for, and charge far more than original quote Absolutely the worst experience for car repairs. Stay far away from. Will fix things that you never asked for, and charge far more than original quotes. I have been here several times for regular maintenance and repairs and not only do they severely overcharge, with labor at $125 an hour plus their abundance of fees, but dealing with them is a nightmare. My most recent experience - I took my Camaro in for an air-condition repair, and after getting a quote from another mechanic at 900$, they quoted $1,200. I decided that was okay considering I thought it would be done by a dealership. They replaced a part that was not needed, and the AC was still broken. I told them I don't want that, and I didn't want to pay for it ($1,300) and told them to put back the original one. They said “Sorry, we don't do that”. The repair ended up being $2,000: $600 in parts, and $1,400 in labor / fees. No amount of arguing / negotiating helped, and they refused to give me my car back unless we paid the full amount. I wish the story ended there… When I picked up the car, the front bumper had a huge white scrape that was definitely not done by myself. They said “Sorry, that wasn't us” and refused to fix it or take any sort of responsibility. We were forced to call the police and open a claim against them. They will take advantage of every situation. Please go somewhere else if you like your car and/or your money. More
Perspective BUYERS BEWAREBUYERS BEWARE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! We went looking to purchase a Camaro. After going round & round with the salesman about numbers, the sales manager Brian came to us, s BUYERS BEWARE!! We went looking to purchase a Camaro. After going round & round with the salesman about numbers, the sales manager Brian came to us, shook our hand & agreed to a price & monthly payment we were comfortable with. Said he could do the deal for the monthly payment we wanted. Next step the finance man who then told us our payment would be $100 more each month than the payment the sales mgr. guaranteed to do. Needless to say, the sales mgr Brian & other mgrs were not able to be found to confirm. Waste of our time! Don’t believe a word they tell you! More
