I bought a truck at McGee Chevy about 1.5 years ago, which wasn’t a great experience when I had a finance rep laugh in my face when discussing financing. I brought my truck in on 6/15/21 for my last free service. I suspected from the prior services that they did not rotate the tires as they claimed to do. I marked a tire and and checked after the service was done, and sure enough they did not rotate the tires. Not the biggest deal in the world but it makes me wonder what else is being done poorly or not even at all. I will never buy a vehicle nor have a vehicle serviced at McGee Chevy ever again due to lack of integrity. I’d also like to add that the conversations and language from the sales staff around customers is very unprofessional. The entire McGee dealership should go be trained by the Best Chevy dealership in Norwell. More

I saw the Camaro I wanted to buy, so I telephoned the dealership and spoke to a woman on the phone about this particular vehicle. It was the only blue one available, and the woman told me that she needed dealership and spoke to a woman on the phone about this particular vehicle. I traveled over 40 miles to get there, and I have to say, the salesperson I dealt with was young, but I was in control of the deal, or I was walking. I got my deal and bought this beautiful vehicle. This dealership received one star because the fool that did my finance hit my credit six times with different banks after I told him my credit union had already preapproved me. He said he could do better than two percent in which was not true. A week went by, and I received a credit alert that alerted me that my credit card had been used at a Walmart in Raynham, Ma, a couple of days after I had given the same credit card number to the woman over the phone. They charged four hundred dollars on it. So be very wary of giving your credit card information over the phone to this dealership. I also made a complaint with the local police department. More

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Lies, lies, lies. They falsified towing information about the truck I bought and left me hanging. After realizing the truck had absolutely no tow package (they told me it had the max tow package), the sales manager Brian admitted they made a mistake but put 100% of the blame on me for driving it off the lot (after they lied). He told me "tow with the truck anyway, you will be fine." They put my wife, newborn son, and I in a very tough and dangerous spot because of their incompetency. Stay away from McGee Chevrolet at all costs. I have dealt with Mastria, Tracy, Colonial, Best, and Quirk Chevy, they are all way better. More
