We are, however, troubled that you chose not to identify yourself during the review process prior to your public posting as we requested in an effort to resolve any issues of concern on your part. It is impossible to have a dialogue regarding alleged service department issues when the accusing party chooses not to participate in a conversation. We must, therefore, continue to question the validity of your comments as we stand proudly by our three generations of customer service as indicated by our numerous sales and service awards throughout those many years.
