Im happy with McGuire Cadillac team. I have purchased my first Cadillac CTS 4 and Business Manager Sam Kolenovic made the process pleasurable. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and I have purchased my first Cadillac CTS 4 and Business Manager Sam Kolenovic made the process pleasurable. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and makes me feel comfortable about my purchase. It was the best experience with Sam Kolenovic and the sales Pete LaBracio. Sam is very knowledgeable with high expertise. McGuire is great place to buy a great car with a great price.Thank you Sam and Pete. More
Would not Warranty a Two year old car My car is a 2013 with 21,000 miles. McGuire Cadillac refused to Warranty something that went wrong. I had the same thing happen on another 2013 Cadill My car is a 2013 with 21,000 miles. McGuire Cadillac refused to Warranty something that went wrong. I had the same thing happen on another 2013 Cadillac I own, it had 31,000 miles yet a different dealership covered it under the warranty, no problem. I brought in the paper work of the car which was fixed and covered under the warranty, I showed it to the Service Director Richard Levandoski, he could have cared less, and was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me. This car cost over $50,000 and Mr. Levandoski would not warranty a fix that cost me $133.00. I will never give McGuire Cadillac any of my business ever again. More
engine issues Horrid!! Dealership run and never stop running!! They managed to destroy a perfect CTS engine not once but twice and shake my faith in Cadillac. If y Horrid!! Bought Many cars there, but refused to fix my car there no comment I wouldnt buy a car from thse people again, thats all I am goi ng to say. The service manager wasnt very friendly. Vechicle was brought in for oil change and my 85 year old mother was taken for $649.00 by the time the service was completed. Service manager claims to have legitimate reasons for all work accomplished, bla mother was taken for $649.00 by the time the service was completed. Service manager claims to have legitimate reasons for all work accomplished, blaming some repairs on an improperly installed air filter. The only problem is vechicle was only at their dealership 3 times in the past year, (and no where else) and these problems only arise now that warranty has expired. Thats a lot of money for a car with 11,000 miles on it.I'm not happy with their service and don't recommend it. More
