Dear very unhappy customer: We at McGuire Cadillac take very serious any negative customer feedback and pride ourselves on the scarcity of it. You have chosen to not respond to our request for more information regarding your experience here at our dealership. Therefore, we must surmise that this incident was at the very least exaggerated and at most never occurred.. A new vehicle would not need a muffler as mentioned and a pre-owned Cadillac is many times warrantied in which case that type of repair would be covered. Nice advertisement though for other dealers where you perhaps did previous business or have friends or relatives in their employ.
